Am I allowed to complain that I am freezing this morning? A cold front came in yesterday afternoon and it is in the 60's right now. Caitlyn and I were driving into the storm and the temps dropped from 81* to 70* in minutes and in 1 mile up the road. It was crazy to see it fall so fast.
(don't get mad, but I liked the heat better than this - it is too cold!)

Long day yesterday. PT was fine(ish). I didn't have any excessive pain but he is really ramping up the activity and my muscles were feeling it. I got home, grabbed lunch, and then was back out the door with Caitlyn for her appt, located literally across the highway from where I just was. I was so darn relieved that she was able to get an appt so quickly. The Dr was really nice and explained so much to us. She thinks it is chronic spontaneous urticaria but will know more after she gets all of the bloodwork back. She Rxd an Epipen in case she has another bad reaction but said to stay away from peanuts and tree nuts for now. Cait will be so upset if she is allergic, but we are all hoping that the hive breakout after the peanuts was just a coincidence. *fingers and toes crossed*

I am off to run errands and then food shopping this morning. I need to go into the attic when I get home. Our coffee pot broke--it is leaking water everywhere. Gary thought he fixed it yesterday but there was water all over the counter again this morning. I feel like this happened before but god knows I cannot remember for sure. There might be a "backup" coffee pot in the attic. I hope I can find it.

Hoping that all of you have a wonderful day! xoxo

Felis- I am so jealous! I almost *never* get the house to myself. Having dogs around always makes me feel safer. No one is going to try and come into my house with J and W barking their heads off. J especially sounds really mean even though she is scared of everything in actuality. Hope that you were able to relax and enjoy!

The book I am reading takes place mostly in the mountains and they go from one mountain range to another and they sound beautiful. One of the scenes that I just read was several years after the Revolution and it is frightening how the government cracked down on anyone who dissented or was thought to have dissented. It doesn't seem so long ago.
Thanks for the good thoughts about Caitlyn- I was really worried about her too.

Love to all of you!

Good morning, Chris!
Looks like it's only two of us again :) . I hope that the girls have fun!

Tuesday was so lovely day!
I let dog to choose the trail for our morning walk as I didn't rush. Usually she stuck to her favorite dog's 'playground', but this time even she was in vacation mood and chose to go at the field's trail. Previous summer we often use the field trails, but after my mom change her job this summer she is at home at time for walk, and because the dog is on first place, hers own, she takes the walks. I go with them sometimes, but they preferred the dog parks and street walks. I wasn't realize how lazy I'm become! But was nice to move around for a change.
Then I go to a center on coffee, but that was disappointing. I don't have friends anymore, some moved to live at capital, other in other countries, and from the last I just distanced. And I remembered why: people here just gossip too much! I think I'm a person who is able to empathy. If you want to tells me about your divorce and complain all morning how all mens are bastards. Or how only idiots become bosses. I'm OK for that, I'm opened and it can be even funny at some ridiculous, not philosophical way. We call it 'to drop on steam'. Nothing bad. But when you start laugh and discussing for which time your neighbour will get divorced, or how many jobs changed your classmate, wow, hold down, don't count me at this mud! I was hoping my acquaintance who have the Midsomer's books to come too, because the last time she didn't brings me the first one, but she wasn't there, and I learned that she is out of the town.
I definitely needed shower after that (and because of the heat too) and after that I'm hanging out for the rest of the day. I really can't tell where it's gone.

Chris, I'm happy that Cait is better! Nice to hear that her doctor is kind. I'm also hoping that this was just one time incident!
Oh,yes you are allowed to complain about freezing, but I miss the snow days! Hate this sweaty weather! I try to not use AC if it isn't completely necessary, so can say only: not cool, ;) in both meaning. I hope you was able to done your errands! Hmm, yes, this story about broken coffee pot sounds familiar, but I'm not sure did was yours ;) .
About the book: No, it wasn't long ago, and it's kind of surrealistic how different is life in only one generation distance. 90s was full with events and changed many things not just here but at the world. Actually this is valid for 60ts and 70ts to  . See this is why people like me and Gary told you to not worry too much, no evil last for long. Of course, they failed because have idealists like you who to change the world, but when you can't do more don't put yourself in unnecessary regrets :). I tried to find one book that I like a lot and shows how the other people unaffected by unrighteousness are lived and watched on the happened, it's actually pretty, but sad love story. But unfortunately it's been translated to other languages, but no english. :icon_frown:
