I want to do more grumbling today, same as yesterday, but it isn't going to do me any good now, is it?

I was so busy yesterday and was pooped out by dinner time. I got food shopping done, then ran out to get the paint and some new rollers. I think the color is going to look amazing.Then I moved the "china cabinet" (it is actually a small shoe cabinet we got from IKEA when we were first married and it is currently losing its fake covering and it being held down with electrical tape. If duck tape doesn't work, electrical is a good substitute ) and the china. Scrubbed down the walls with some cleaner that is supposed to get rid of grease and soot, so maybe cat pee reside too?
My mom sent up chicken and stuffing the other day so I made a huge batch of mashed potatoes for dinner. Now I have a sink full of pots and pans but I will deal with that later.

Today is my mammo and then hopefully a coat of primer on the walls. FIL is coming up and might be bringing the bathroom vanity that they are giving us to replace mine that is falling apart. They have had this one in their basement for years (I was pg with Scott when they first started working on that bathroom, so just a *few* years-- *wink*) but got a new one instead. So we get the brand new-ish hand me down and I am thrilled.

I need to get in the shower, my appt is at 8.15.

I found out why I am so achy. I got blood work results in yesterday and my Rheumatoid Factor is insanely high. That really bummed me out since I thought that I had been improving, but I guess not as much as I wanted. (For reference, Normal Rh Factor is less than 16, mine hang out around 30- give or take a few points. This last test was over 70. Not good )

Nancy- that is great news about your son's dogs! And your DH with Luther too. That is a lot of neat stuff that you won!

Rae- holy cow, lots of snow! Sending you some NJ sun-- we are supposed to get into the 40's again today.

Trudy- the flu I am sorry, you are not getting a break are you? sending virtual chicken soup!

Jean- me, do too much? never! Unheard of! LOL Hope you had a great day!

Sharon- ugh on the arthritis, I unfortunately know how you feel. I would love to see an accupuncturist. but same as you not covered by insurance so it isn't in the budget

Chris- that is a high Rheumatoid Factor! Do you take prednisone for it? My dad was achy a while back and we did blood work and found the same thing- his was in the 30's as well.

no snow here. we are still in the 70's and have been for nearly all of Jan and now into Feb. strange winter.

I am so frustrated, I got a PUP (Potentially unwanted Program) on my computer and this one runs in the background all the time and every minute or so, they play a 30 second commercial. GRR I tried everything to get rid of it. I started task manager and I end the process but it keeps coming right back. I googled it and it is still there. I ran all kind of malware and it won't go away. I am so frustrated. My hubby is going to kill me.

Good morning - It is raining and cloudy. I do not like this weather at all. Again there was an accident on the Parkway just where I get off but it was the north bound and I was south bound. Whew! The puppies were so ready to go this am. It is too cute. They get to go home early today as they are the one two in class. My Devils won their last game before the time off defeating the Sabres 2-1. They scored 2 power play goals. I sat down by my DIL and that was fun. It was a pretty testy game with fights and lots of pushing and shoving. It was a good win! Now no games for my team until Sunday afternoon.

Chris so sorry you test came back so wacky. Do you have any clue why it is flaring now? I am impressed - surprised that feeling so bad you want to tackle painting.

Trudy sorry you are feeling yucky. Hope the extra time in bed will do the trick! Sorry you did not get to visit but it seems better if the driving was bad! Amazing amount of snow you are getting!

Rae wow I just can't believe 10-12 inches in you backyard. Hope the roads got plowed and Ava got home. I am sure she would not have minded the sleep over!

Sharon ugg on the pain. Hope it gets better.

Morning ladies... this is what my view was this morning and more snow coming tomorrow.


Chris - Yikes those levels are very high!! So what can you do to bring it down? Hope you can feel better soon! I am still coughing and phlemy Yuck! Stuck in the house with no vehicle to go anywhere, but thats ok I don't feel like heading out in that snow. It looks so pretty, but we are tired of shovelling already. Poor DH did all the shovelling when he got off work as I was just unable to get my sick butt out the door. Hoping this is the last day that I feel yucky, but for some reason I think this will hang on for a while yet :sad:

Sharon - Oh dear that sucks about the virus or whatever it is that your computer got, so frustrating!! Hope you can get it fixed before hubby finds out :becky:

Nancy - You sound like you could use some sunshine! How about some :smow: I could send you lots of that!! LOL Saw that the Bruins let their head coach go, time for a shake up for the Bruins, hope it works!! DH said that your Devils had won last night and commented that you would be so happy with them! So nice that he talks about you as a friend!

Rae - We are probably cross posting, but I hope your work day is not too heavy and that you get out for you lovely walks with the dogs! Looks like the sun is trying to come out, but not looking forward to this next storm coming tomorrow, sounds like lots more snow!! I am ready for spring. Last year at this time the blossoms were already out on the Cherry Trees! Crazy!!

Well I really need to get a few things done around here, so glad I got the house all cleaned on Sunday, so that I don't have to try to do it today! Have a wonderful day everyone! :wave:

Good morning, ladies. Just popping in quickly b/c I'm already hours behind on my work. The power was out all morning so I took Taz out to play for a few hours and then read my book for awhile. I was just starting to drowse off when the power came back on, so I need to get started on work now and hopefully the power stays on for the rest of the day as I am swamped now with my work and have lots of extra work b/c the other typist has a family emergency and can't work today. Ugh...not a good day for the power to go out and put me hours behind. So, here's what Taz was up to this morning. He's worn out now, zonked out on top of the couch. Have a great day, everone.
