good morning my O-Fam!
How are you doing today? I am so happy that my back pain and stiffness are almost to the "normal" level of pain. Yippeee! I was really starting to feel sorry for myself over the weekend.

I was so happy getting to see my godson yesterday. He is just adorable and loveable and silly, the best things in a boy. I am mad at myself because I left my camera at home. I had it at the table but walked out without it. The weather was so nice that we sat outside while he drove his police car around the driveway.

Unfortunately, I didn't get mich else done but that is ok. I should hopefully have time after I get home from food shopping. maybe.

Oh, Sharon, I am so sorry -- I feel your pain literally. When yu move in that wrong way and almost fall over, it is bad. Hope that each day gets a lot better for you. Hope that you don't get the stomach bug too, you all need to be ready to let the good times roll next week

Trudy- that is crazy for everything with Jackie, so sorry that all of that happened. But the time you spent with the kids must have made everyone happy.
yes, Christopher is growing like a weed! I just adore him so much.

Nancy- glad that you stuck it out and didn't punish yourself. The birding sounds absolutely amazing! It was nice up here so I imagine it was even warmer down by you.

Rae- I would need a week long nap after that kind of morning!

Oh no about al of the clothes, it really is true, as soon as you get rid of something that is when you need it. But you deserve brand new stuff with how good you are doing! :high5:

good morning - got Luther out for his walk and this morning I had to wear a hat as it was chilly again. But at least the sun is shining. Forgot to mention that Luther has an ear infection again. Poor boy is on antibiotics and then probiotics for his digestion. At least he is good about taking the pills. I vacuumed this morning and it really bothered his ear. I do feel bad. Was out walking and noticed that the little creek by me was all muddy so I knew something was off. As Luther and I walked we passed a house and there was water in their backyard and in the street. So I did my did good do bee deed and knocked to let them know. I could not tell if it was their pipe or the water companies. This was on Sunday morning and well today we went passed and thank goodness for them it was in the street so it was the water company's to fix. Today the Devils are back in action at the Rock. They are playing a team they lost to last week so lets hope they play better tonight.

Chris sounds like you had a great time with your nephew! It is so fun to see kids with tons of energy though sometimes I think it is wasted on them LOL. Hope grocery shopping goes well. My family and I play this game as to who is going to go well I finally gave in and went at 7pm and you know it fast and there was no one there I was home in less than an hour. And the boys were so thoughtful and brought in all the food.

Trudy hope your DIL's mother made it safely and got to spend time! Look forward to hearing how your daughter's date went. Everyone needs those alone moments.

Rae you are one busy lady! So sorry that you have to take Beckham for X-rays. Sure hope he is ok! Maybe just a sprain. I hope you get to your wild life refuge. It makes one so happy to be outside.

Sharon hope you are in less pain today!

Morning ladies... sunny here today, so nice to see blue sky again! I am off to get my eyebrows done this morning at 9am. Last week I purchased a package for a new spa in town that included four visits one for a facial, one full body massage, one eyebrow tinting and shaping and one hand treatment. It was a great price and I am sure they will try to sell me a bunch of stuff, but I will decline LOL. Looking forward to having eyebrows again as mine are just about invisible again. (darn grey hair!) So I was up and dressed early today and now need to get some breakfast before I head out the door. Yesterday I worked on making a new header for the mulitdesigner challenges and OMG it took me forever!! It was in bad need of an update, because of all the new designers here and all the ones that have left. Sheesh I was crossed eyed by the time I finished :becky: Hopefully I will get some more fun scrapping done today! Tomorrow is a hike to Mesachie Mountain and the sun is supposed be out again so that will be awesome!

Chris - Glad to hear that your level of back pain has decreased and that you got to spend such a nice time with Christopher! Too bad that you forgot your camera though :sad: I also did not get much done around here yesterday either, perhaps today??

Nancy - Sorry to hear that Luther has an ear infection! Are his breed prone to them? Hopefully the antibiotics kick in for him quickly! WTG on the good deed for the flooded backyard!! I hope that they appreciated your good deed! The world needs more people like you that is for sure! Yes DIL's grandmother made it to see her son, he is still hanging in there as far as I know. He has had a troubled life and in and out of jail most of his adult life :sad: but still he is this woman's only son and now she has to say good-bye to him. My DIL's mother and father are vacationing in Panama and are not flying home to say good-bye either is the other sister who is also on vacation. Not much love lost between them I guess, that is really sad!!

Sharon - Hoping that your pain levels are better today also and that you do not catch the flu from your DD!

Rae - Whoo Hoo on the weight loss girl!! I have got to get motivated to try this diet out for sure! Getting rid of the belly bloat would be so awesome! Too bad about the clothes but wouldn't you know it!! Murphy's Law!! Hope you will have a great day today!

Hi all- pain level is down! Yay! Tonight we have to laod DD's Mardi Gras Float. I will probably just stand around and supervise! I need to take my dog for a walk. I am getting my hair colored today- yay!

Good morning, ladies. Was busy this morning cuddling with the dogs, feeding and walking them, making my keto "bullet proof" latte and now am getting to work. The other doctor is still sending me tons (good for the bank acct) so something must be going on with her regular girl that she's not working. So, super busy for me but I'm handling it. Just not much time online right now and not much scrappy time.

I'll come back later when I can read thru the posts and see how everyone is doing.
