Santa's coming tonight, tonight! Are you ready?? :xmas7::xmas6::xmas8:

Me~~
:hahano:

Getting there but not yet. I still have a full day of cooking. The catch is that I have to be done and cleaned up by noon. We head out around 3 pm so I need to get in the shower and wash/blow dry my hair which is time-consuming. And yikes, I am exhausted and in full-body pain. Yup, what a shocker. I forgot how Lyme kicks my a** when I push myself.

How are all of you holding up-- all of your tasks getting accomplished? I hope so.

Have a wonderful day(s) and know that I am sending you much love!

I hope you have set aside a loooooooong rest for yourself after Christmas! :hug4:

Sounds like you are running around like a mad woman!
Now I have crashed and burned like a madwoman LOL!
I hope that you are feeling all better today and that your cough eases up.

@taxed4ever Have a wonderful time with the family!! I am so happy for you. You are gonna be in Grandma heaven with all of the hugs and laughter! :cloud9:

@bcgal00 yuck that you are sick too, are you feeling better yet? Hang in there!

@AK_Tracy I have read all of the AJ comments and looked at the LOs but I have been so scattered mentally I haven't been able to comment back. I'm planning on that this morning while everyone is still asleep. No one is going to want me running the mixer at 7 am. LOL
Parks a plane. On the ice. :thud:
Mom panic set in yesterday for me too. Caitlyn and I made walnut balls (tea cakes) in both butter and vegan versions. I didn't label them when I put them in the freezer. I had both Tupperware on the counter and was totally blank on which one was which. I knew the regular from the vegan but because my brain was off in the muck of Lyme Brian Fog, I was having an anxiety attack over it. I ended up having to eat one of each to confirm my points.

@BrightEyes I am so disappointed myself that I have not had time to work on any of the new releases especially those from our new guest designers. I guess you are picking up my slack so thank you LOL!
That's a bummer about the books-- life is too short to read bad books
yay for Libby's pumpkin :D

Hugs and love, to my bestest O-Fam!!

I hope you have set aside a loooooooong rest for yourself after Christmas! :hug4:
I don't! :crying1:
Friday Caitlyn, Sam and I are meeting my BBF and niece to see Wicked and then out to dinner. Sat (or maybe Sunday), we are going to PA with all of the kids and rats and dogs. That means I'll be food shopping and packing and all that stuff. When I get back I'll have a day or two before I go back to work at Weis. Big HS field trip on the 3rd-- The invoice says 24 kids. I have plans sketched out but nowhere close to what I am comfortable with.

It's fine. It's all gonna be FINE.
I start Tindamax that week too. Who am I kidding, it is not gonna be fine...

May this holiday season be filled with warmth, light, and magic. May Santa bring you a smile, the twinkling lights brighten your heart, the Three Wise Men guide you on the right path, and the ancient spirit of Yule fill your days with joy and hope. Wishing you cozy moments, sparkling memories, and a new year brimming with opportunities!

What a beautiful way of saying what is in my heart but impossible to communicate. :hug3:

Well, spending time with the girls will be nice and relaxing! You will love Wicked! Saw it with my daughter and granddaughter at Thanksgiving.
Let someone else do the driving to PA! Let your body rest! :hug4:

And a very special Merry Christmas to you and yours, Chris! :lovey3::xmas4::xmas8:

Good Morning,
Feeling better today, even if my coughing kept me awake last night. Another half night in the recliner for me. This, too, shall pass.....right???!!!
Not planning on doing much today. Going to make a small grocery order if I can pick it up today.
Mark is supposed to be getting off at 2. Then we are going to the gun shop for ammo. Then we have been invited to supper at my daughter's. Mark and Brad will probably watch football. Liz and the girls and I will probably play games, including Qwirkle. But it probably won't be a very late night since I didn't sleep well last night and Liz is not a night owl.....at all! She got her father's genes!
In case I don't get back here today, I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and/or a bright and Happy New Year! Prayers for a safe holiday! :xmas3::xmas2:xmas1::xmas4::xmas7::xmas8:

Happy Christmas Eve to all who celebrate the holiday! :xmas1::xmas2:xmas3::xmas4::xmas6::xmas7::xmas8:

I imagine it will be quiet around here for the next few days. Safe travels for those that are going somewhere.

I watched "Fantastic Beasts - Dumbledorf - 3" last evening. All of the "Fantastic Beasts" movies are leaving Peacock by the end of the month so wanted to watch them one more time. I have the 1st of them on DVD and hope to get the other two on DVD some day. DD#3 found them at a store near by and got them for her family. She is a huge Harry Potter fan so not surprised she loves the "Fantastic Beasts" movies.

It just dawned on me that the library is closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day... so won't take the books back until Thursday or later. I certainly have enough other books to read. :floorlaugh: I finished re-reading "Etched in Bone" by Anne Bishop last evening. Always enjoy re-reading that series. After the disappointment with the library books, it was good to read a book I enjoyed.

Time to get my shower and then get busy baking the pumpkin pie. HAGD

Merry Christmas Eve!!!!

Oh my Chris, wish I could send you some spoons and take away your pain. Please take a moment to rest so cranky faery doesn't come out. :heartpumppink: ;)

This is good. You're not totally crazy yet. You still recognize what would happen had you run the mixer at 7 :knifehead:

This scares me. Not sure what Tindamax is but sounds like its a rough thing to take. Wrapping you in hugs and love.

This cracked me up and might be the best way to spend the day! All my boys went target practice yesterday. Had to test the reloads and see how they kicked.

I'm sure it will be hit or miss for me as tonight it family dinner/gifts and. tomorrow is crazy morning but by afternoon I hope to be here and say hi. Have a very Merry Christmas! May your day go beautiful and be filled with love, laughter, and memories.

Merry Xmas Eve everyone. I'm still sick but slightly better than yesterday. At least I am awake today. I am sweating like crazy and have Vicks plastered all over my chest so the pajama top and zip up pajama hoodie are staying on while Jen and I run over to grab some appies for dinner tonight. I'll wear a santa hat to cover my gross sweaty hair. I took a few pics of the decor and dogs with their hats on. I don't have much to wrap later and after that can maybe take a nap for a few hours before our snacking and movie time starts.

I hope you all have a wonderful Xmas Eve and I'll check in tomorrow.

Not my forte of activities, but on the other side of that activity (for Mark) is seeing my daughter and family! Its a win win! ;)

Hello, my friends,

I thought I'd pop in here before everybody takes off. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas whatever your plans are. I'm going out to eat tonight with Adrienne and Roger - we aren't sure what's open, but I'm sure most places will be. Then family breakfast at their house at ten in the morning. Then we're all having dinner up there and extended family/friends will also be there.

I've been sick, too - started Sunday night and I hope I'm coming out of it today. Adrienne just popped in to see how I was feeling and wanted to help with whatever I needed help with. I had committed to making sausage/egg casseroles and today, that task seemed monumental. I was browning sausage when she walked in, so she said "let's make them right now" so we did. Joint effort - works every time. We had enough for two baking pans so she took them to her house and will bake them in the morning. She also took all of my presents, so we don't have to do that in the morning. You all know that ten in the morning is pretty early for me to be someplace. LOL

I've read all of your messages and wish I had the energy to answer them all. Love you all - you're all THE BEST! :xmas2 :xmas7: :grouphugyay::hug4:
