aaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!! nooooo!!!!!!!! Not December already! I need more time. Not to mention I compeltley forget about the car payment due today- remembered it at 5:30 this morning...
I am so so soooo tired. But I imagine I feel 100 times better than my SIL and her family.
The wake/funeral service was all done very nicely, but so incredibly heart wrenching.
Kathy has a big family- she is the only girl in 4 siblings. Her 1 brother had 4 kids, 1 has 3, and the oldest brother lost his son in 2002. The funeral parlor was just packed on Monday night. The service yesterday was beautifully done. Kathy did a speech about her mom and we all laughed and cried along with her through the entire thing. He mom was a really cool lady. Very close family.... and the "heart" of all them is like Kathy- generous, fun, warm..... Obviously they are not technically family as they are my brother's IL's, but we all consider ourselves family.
Sally, I thought of you during the service- the pastor sang a song. Do not be afraid??? I closed my eyes and imagined you singing it.
I am off to clean for my client in a bit. I hope to chill out here a bit this afternoon- miss you guys so much. I need this place to lift my spirits!
I'll be back for personals, but Linda W- I just want to say I was soooo incredibly happy and relieved that your baby girl didn't need the surgery!
xoxoxo to all of you!
