Happy, happy Tuesday! How are the Oooos all doing today? I am good! I slept pretty well last night, I remember that I had a few strange dreams but that means I was asleep. *winks* I bet that being outside in the fresh air helped a lot. It felt amazing to be in the sun. It was still a bit chilly for my liking but we did get to near 60* I was really happy to see that some of the black-eyed Susans made it. They are scraggly ATM but now that they will get some sun they should perk up.
I also uncovered my rosemary, lavender, and sage plants. I was researching when it might be a good time to move them since they are outgrowing the bed that they are in. I always buy herbs as Perrenials (other than basil) and I was surprised that rosemary is only considered to be Perrenial in Zones 7-11. (I am in 6) My rosemary plants usually make it through some but not all winters and I guess I know why. I don't know if this one is going to make it, half of it looks dead and half of it still has flexible stems. I have a cutting that I brought inside over the winter that made it through. So far. *knocks wood* Now I have to decide if I want to move it into the ground or a bigger pot... The sage plant is *huge* and already has new leaves all over. Yay!!!
Great news about the taxes-- they are all done, mine and Gary's are files/mailed. Cait just needs to sign hers and figure out how she is going to pay the bill. She has a checking acct but no checks.
It is raining again today and I have to run errands and catch up on some housework. Have fun today!
