And here we go--last day of November. And we all know that December will be a blur. Who remembers being a kid and it took *forever* for Christmas to arrive. Now you blink- and it is already past you.

I had another crazy day of running around but this time, my anger was directed at my Christmas lights. I hate them! I went up into the attic to bring a few things down to decorate for the weekend. Since the weather was relatively warm, I thought it would be a good day to put them up. I got one strand up with no problems. The second strand was going well until a bulb went out halfway down. I know that I have more bulbs in the attic but I was so aggravated at that point, I just tossed them onto the ground, still on the roll. :fish:
The last batch of the shower steamers had crumbled as I unmolded them twice, so I gave them one last shot and whoooo hoo! Third time is a charm. I wrapped them but only had 4 labels printed so I need to make 2 more. But you can see my kitchen island and a small section of the table.

Today, I am steam cleaning the carpets and OMG- I hope that it helps keep the scent off of them from Whisky. I don't know why she is having so many accidents again. I also have to head over to the Food Pantry and then Walgreen's to pick up the few things that I ordered on Monday. If I can stand after all of that, I am going to make the dog treats for my babies as well as to sell.
Frozen pizza for dinner heh!!

OK-- not sure if she actually needs to pee, but W is looking at me...
BRB!

well, she did not want to do anything but chase after leaves. Just watch, she will pee in the next 10 minutes.

More quick personals so I can get going with my busy day.

Felis- so nice that you enjoy your winter wonderland. I wish that the cold didn't bother me so much. I am a summer girl through and through. I hope that you are having a great day today too.
Yes- my brother is home and tired but not coughing as much which is great news. And yes, I was able to scrap a quick page for a Dec CHallnge (ack!! I still need to put the finishing touches on mine today too!!! :faint2: )

Nancy- I think we got to 55*! I was even wishing that I had time to take the dogs to the park in the afternoon but I was too busy arguing with Christmas lights hah!! Bet you and Luther had a nice day too.
:high5: on the Uber experience. I know exactly where you mean at Weehawken! I would have panicked too cuz once you are in line for the Tunnel, there ain't no going back and that is an expensive trip in LOL
Whoa!!! Playing some Cupid Matchmaker ... I like it! Hope that your son gives her a call.
The entire time with the team sounds amazing. What a great time and so much scrap material!!

Trudy- baking. More OMG/Ack! I have to start my holiday baking!! Make it stop! That will be next week so I am pushing that far out of my head.So exciting to be babysitting your grands this weekend.
Hugs to Heather and Hunter and Mason-- the countdown begins!

Jean- you are amazing- I am so excited that the book is coming along for you. It must feel so good to see it come together. Yeah, I did all of that on Tindamax (which explains me throwing the non-working Christmas lights on the ground) but had the headache that goes along with it all day.

Rae- no surprise that you got all caught up with work. You are my hero!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Good morning girls, :clap2:
I'm rise up early today, because as usual I'm left long list for the last moment. Tada, November is gone, but the work not. I scraped two pages, but the rush is not friend of the inspiration. Then checked some bills and plans, because like Rae reminds us before few days, the next month I'll have one or two free weeks, which is good for the festive mood, but not so much for my pocket. Ummm, nope, I didn't thought on that early. Even now I'm so backward with the work, no chance to take bonus package. Hmm?!
Never Mind! If I survive through this day tomorrow is December, which means Christmas mood!!! Yay, I'm so curious to see what challenges and surprises will have here at O, and also to meet again with Buddy O'Elf. It will not be possible for me to scrap daily, but if have extension time like it was the last year, then I'll be in! Oh, so exciting!
We also expect the first order from the Cyber Monday to arrived today! So like you see everything whispers for holidays, how can I be worried for the real life?!

Chris, the bad behavior is normal for the adopted, and even for the breeds. I remember I was taught for my baby it's a most stupid puppy at the world, but see it now, she is actually so smart! I always remind for the human babies, they need really long time to learn. She had favorite places inside for pee, so we put there bath rugs and we can wash them faster, than the whole carpet. This is my first totally indoor dogs from long list of outdoors guards, so I'm not absolutely sure about the training. I don't wanna scare you, but if I remember correct from the lessons from my past, if Whisky don't have 'favorite places', but do it everywhere, maybe she needs consultation with vet for some kind of infection of the urinary tract. But this is just the worst case, I don't know why I'm this kind of person who always prepare for the worse, I deeply hope that is only behavior problem!

Nancy, yes I had just a lovely day in the snow! I finally take the tiny dog out to the walk, but it was short because she always was jump in the snow :) . So good that you can navigate the Uber driver and not finished lost. And the meetings with the team sounds so exciting! You are kind of reporter for us, so yes this job was going to fit you so perfect!

Trudy, hmm, maybe I'm mistaken, it's been so long till I'm not opened the Bible. I'm remember that the donkey is been with them along the whole journey till the miracle. Who knows. About the sand, I don't know, maybe you can stick it with C200 or other decoupage glue which is invisible after dry. At the same way that stick glitter for the greeting cards. Or I don't know hope to find something helpful! To be with the kids for the weekend must be very fun, so great decision!

Jean, I have no doubt at all that your family will fall in love with your book! Its sounds so interesting. So except photos you have also saved postcards and envelopes, that's so cool! And will help to describe better the spirit of the ages. Hope you'll could done in time!

Rae, oh, you are so kind and sweet! I do hope to find one good coat on a Christmas sales. Thanks for send me positive vibes! It's so nice to be at the same size like your family, I'm also similar with my mom and sister, (except that I'm the lowest) and we also exchange clothes like you and your daughter :) . WOW, your deals really rocks!

:pupkiss:OK, the snow melts quickly, so we better to go out before afternoon cold to make it ice. Have a cool  day you all!

Good Morning ladies... Very dark and rainy again today. I got all my baking done yesterday and haven't spent that much time in my kitchen for a long, long time LOL. Today I will tackle making Naniamo Bars and look for a few more recipes for squares, the kids do love their sweet treats! I will probably just make some fat bombs for myself LOL. The squares are all too sweet for my me now. I also got a stew made for DH yesterday and was so busy getting everything else done that I forgot to get anything out of the freezer for myself to eat. So I quickly made myself a Cesar salad and took some of the beef out of the stew and that was my dinner, it was pretty tasty! Also got my flu shot yesterday while I was at the grocery store, so far no side effects except a tender arm.

Chris - I think that we should make new song lyrics from the Christmas Song "It's the most wonderful time of the Year" and change it to "It's the Most Busy time of the Year"!! You have been one busy lady! Sorry that you are having to deal with Whisky peeing in your house, I sure hope she stops it very soon!! That is the next thing I will have to deal with is the lights for my Christmas Tree :gaah: they drive me nuts! Every year I end buying at least two more strings of lights for the three, because for some reason they always stop working when I get them halfway up the tree. I know I use too many lights, but I love the way the tree looks with hundreds of little lights on it. Glad that your shower steamers finally came out perfect, it must get so frustrating to see them crumble after all that work to get them made! Frozen pizza sounds perfect to supper after your busy day again today! Hope you get to relax for a bit sometime during your hectic day!

Felis - I am not a religious person by any means, so I am not too concerned about my Nativity being correct LOL. I think that I am going to go through my stash of material in the crawl space and see what I can find that looks like rolling sand dunes, but if I don't thats ok I will just string some tiny lights around the Nativity and it will be fine.

Jean - Your hard work on the family history book is really coming together and it sounds so interesting! How could they not like it?? To have the photos and postcards etc is such a treasure! Yes glad that I got my flu shot finally, I do not want another Christmas like last year where everyone was sick with the flu, poor kids could hardly sit up long enough to open even one present. They also had their shots this year, where they did not get one last year, we all learned a lesson.

Rae - My busy friend, I hope you are able to get some me time today! Hopefully your work schedule is a bit slower today. Question... do you have your tree up yet? I can't believe how many have their decorations all done already! I will not be getting the tree up until the end of next week at least.

I am ready for my second cup of coffee and then I need to get some things accomplished here at the O. I hope you all have a super wonderful day!

We're going to a lunch at the natural history museum shortly. Hope it is fun. I'm taking photos, but the last week's page is going to have to wait while I work on the book. Can hardly think of anything else but have to take breaks to not think about it at all.

Chris, sounds like another busy day today and not as much fun as making F-W stuff. Good luck with it all!!

Nancy, hope you and Luther are having a nice walk in the still mild weather. How can it be the last day of November? I went out on errands yesterday without a coat! But it was sunny and now we have those heated seats!

Felis, seems you have some end of month catching up to do. Hope you got to enjoy the snow a little more too though.

Trudy, I saw part of the Bruins game last night and guess your MG is happy they got another win. Looked like a pretty rough game though. You have been amazing in the kitchen! What a lot of baking.

Rae, hope it is a nice day for you with maybe less work?

Good morning, ladies. It feels good to be back my normal (busy) schedule :) I don't plan to leave the house today. Thurs is a busier work day so I'll stay put and keep on top of work as the files come in. I'm going to scrap a challenge page at lunchtime which will be fun. I want to catch up on "Good Behavior", I'm a few episodes behind. Today I'm going to cook a pork tenderloin (D's fave) so need to check some recipes to figure out how I want to cook it. I tried the crockpot and pressure cooker before and now want to try baking in the oven, to see which method we prefer. I'm going to saute up some sipralized squash, onion, peppers and carrots as a side dish. I've been so busy this last month or so, and our meals have been really bland and rushed. I need to get out of the meal rut I've been in and find some new recipes to try out.

Chris - are you all done now with making your FW products? Take some time to relax. Felis mentioned urinary tract infection and I was thinking that too. Have they checked her for that? Sandy (our retriever) was prone to those and seemed to get an infection once or twice a year and the first thing we would notice would be her peeing in the house. Of course, with W it could be other things i.e. being a pup, still recovering from everything she's been thru, etc.

Trudy - good plan to make some keto friendly dessert for yourself. I'm going to do the same thing. I'm going to freeze some pumpkin loaf and some kind of cookies for myself. D will make his jam-jams and I always make rice krispie squares for him. Jen is gluten-free so she will probably eat whatever dessert I have as that will be gluten free. It takes a bit more planning when everyone has different dietary concerns.

Jean - enjoy the lunch at the museum. Bet you'll get some great pics! Have fun.

Nancy - hope all is well.

I'm getting another coffee and getting to work now. I need to go look at the challenges too to see what I can work on at lunch time today. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
