Good morning ladies!!
The kids are at their last day of VBS and so I am sitting at home chillin. I need to get all the laundry folded and sorted then put away, pack for the WA trip, and do more packing. You know...I am actually a pretty good packer, when I am packing. I need to hire someone to just talk to me. I'll just go go go if I can stay motivated. Ugh!!
So, today I am dealing with silly issues. I downloaded an App onto my phone and then when I was trying to sync it with the computer it deleted it...and I paid for it...two of them actually. I got Words With Friends on my phone and paid for the no commercial version and now it is GONE!!! I am so frustrated and don't want to try and re-download it because I don't want to pay for it again. I don't know if it will make me or not. Grrrr!!! Anyone have some know-how for me? Or want to join me on WWF???
So me and the property manager have been corresponding a lot lately. She says I crack her up. I have let all my thoughts fly with her since I know we are on the same page regarding the owner. She's gonna try and get me credit if we move early. I still can't believe the audacity of the owner. Some people just feel so entitled and I don't understand it. Derek wants to be as difficult as possible. The longer we are in the house the longer until she can rent it. I, on the other hand, like to keep my rental Karma good because we have renters and it has worked out really well so far. The first couple broke their lease and it was stressful but it came together just fine. We didn't have a single day gap in payment. Derek wanted to charge them a fortune and I wouldn't do it. I knew it would come together if we were fair and it did. The new lease was VERY particular about breaking the lease though. Our new tenants are great. they pay early and are awesome. Now if only we could get the same amount we pay for the mortgage we'd be set.
Well, I'd better get after a few personals for my lovely ladies!!
Chris - what happened to your ankle? I'll have to look back and see. Enjoy your lake time and definitely relax. I want to do some fun Oscraps playing too. I'd better get on it.
Kristy - Have fun washing the dogs. This weather kicks my butt. I hate the heat mixed with the humidity. I can't wait to get to my Washington summer where it is just nice. It will be wonderful.
Trudy - Very interesting that Canada Day falls in the same timeframe as our Independence Day. What is Canada Day celebrating anyway?
