Looks like I am really late today. I am not even sure where the morning went- whoosh~~~~

I spent some time chatting with Caitlyn, took a shower, and did some yoga. The one that I did this morning was supposed to be beginner level for flexibility. Yeah, I don't think so. ha!! Some of the poses (plank!) were hard. Thankfully, I am smart enough -stop snickering at me- to do modified poses instead. Although since I am seeing the spine Dr this morning, it would be ok to have her see me in pain. Last time I was there was a low-level pain, same for today. Now, had I seen her last week, she would have shocked at how different I was.

We had a nice time getting the frozen yogurt together. The lake is so pretty where we were sitting. Some boats and water skiers were going back and forth.

Today is the Dr appt and since I saw that my MRI came back normal, we will have to see if there is anything next for me to do or just keep dealing as I have been.

Hope that all of you have a terrific day!

Rae- it is a great thing that Taz is so cute if he is waking you up that early. My dogs have all been really good about sleeping in and even not having to go outside as soon as they wake up. But a small price to pay for nice weather. :)
The cashier at the yogurt place forgot that the cups were $5 and when she weighed them and rang them up it was $46! My brother gave me $25 to take the kids out and when she adjusted it, it was $26. (still seems a lot for ice cream, right?)

Jean- I am happy that your scrapping is coming back, but I understand that genealogy is always your true passion.
Hugs to all of you dear Ooos!

Taz finally slept thru the night, not wanting to go out. I woke numerous times (as I always do) but then go right back to sleep, which is my usual sleep pattern. He must have worn himself out at daycare yesterday. I just checked the weather and it predicts 2 more weeks of steady sunshine and heat. This is very rare for BC weather. I'm loving it!

Lots of work today (as always LOL) and need to do some chores around the house. Took chicken out of the freezer for dinner which I will cut into chunks and roast with veggies. I'll top mine with some artichoke/parmesan dip.

Chris - sounds like a lovely peaceful view while you had your yogurt for dinner. Good luck at the doctors.

Nancy - how are you feeling?

Trudy - having fun?

I'm heading to work now. Have a great day, everyone.

Goodness, it's quiet here right now. I'm off to the dentist soon, hopefully just routine cleaning. We've had some lovely weather but it's clouding up and may rain at some point. We're still waiting for a new roof but roofers are backed up because of so much rain to date.

Chris, what irony that you see the spine Dr. only when not in so much pain. Hope the (relative) lack of pain continues. The frozen yogurt time sounds so nice, yummy and relaxing (once price refigured.) Our local place is on a busy city street, so a different experience. A group of us had an art exhibit there once so I have enjoyed it.

Rae, your weather forecast must be a pleasant surprise. Hope it comes true. And what a good doggie is Taz sleeping through.

Cheers to everyone for the day!
