helllllO O-zies!!
I am still in a very funky mood, but I am trying to pretend to be a bit more positive. Just feeling that there is way too much bad happening and it seems like such a struggle to find the good. I always believed in bright sides and silver linings but ATM, I am feeling shaky on that. I know it will happen. I actually *do* have a bright side! I was able to make my appt for PT Eval and I only had to call one place. I did a quick search on my ins co. website to see if perhaps there was a new center in the plan and there was not. I got the number of the place I went to last summer and voila! I have an appt for Monday. It took me weeks to get that straightened out last year. This was a blessing compared to that. ound:
I also made the cashier at the grocery store happy because I was nice to her. She said that a lot of customers already had been nasty- by 10 am. Apparently, people get really freaked out when the weather is going to get bad and a little bit of sleet and ice got under their skin. I believe her. Gotta have the milk and bread in case you can't get out for a day. It isn't even that bad-- slippery roads, the schools have a delay and by 10 am today, we will be above freezing.
So bright spots of yesterday- I survived food shopping. I made my appt with very little hassle. (I am still trying to confirm that nothing changed since last year and that I do not need a referral but that is stress for another day).
*nods* I got this.
Today I am cleaning and this afternoon we will be taking Liv to the vet.
I forgot another bright side!!! I made banana bread and it is so yummy and I think it is going to be my breakfast. It has bananas and walnuts and whole wheat flour! That counts. :biggrin1:
HAGD!!!
