The Loopy-O
CHEERY O
The sun is out!! It's 38* right now but we might actually get over 60* today :woohoo:

I cannot wait for it to get hot. 80* would be amazing. 75-85* is my ideal temperature range, wish I had more than just a few months of it each year.
Me and my frizzy hair aren't thrilled with the NJ humidity, but it's a tradeoff. :p

I am on the Countdown to getting back to work: T -26 hours. Am I a little nervous? Uh-huh! Do I know what I am nervous about? Nope!
I know part of it is that I feel rusty. Will I be able to control the flow of the day? Part of it is standing on my feet for 4 hours. My legs and joints and ligaments are more than a little twitchy. But-- I got this! The weather is going to be a little warmer than today and my plans are 97% ready to go. I am working with one of the interns who is awesome and helpful. I told him that he is going to be in charge of the running.

I spent a lot of time yesterday getting some photos and projects together for the HS session. I don't know what is happening over there but Lauren got a concussion a few weeks ago and is still out of work. She is the glue that keeps all of the programs rolling in the same direction. Or the plates spinning on poles without crashing. (Considering she fire dances and hula hoops, she is good at that! Heheh). Between her being out of work and the Earth Day celebration in *looks at calendar* 10 days!! :thud: It's got to be chaotic.

Big plans for today: Scott is coming over for coffee in an hour. Finalize my prep/soak the beans for tomorrow's lessons, and set out my hummingbird feeder. There have been sightings in Central Jersey, which means they will be on their way here soon!! I charged the camera for that feeder, and will make the nectar today. Then :waiting:

Wishing you all a happy and patient day!

Sorry for quick personals today. I told Scott I would be in PJs when he got here but I want to brush my teeth and hair at least.

I love your exchange rate for dust bunnies to coffee! Sounds like a good deal to me! ;)
Yeah, the motor guy is working on the motor so no telling when that will be resolved! Fortunately the house is staying relatively warm as the temps increase through the day, especially as I'm working by booty off trying to declutter!
I figured that would be a fair trade deal-- bunnies for coffee :D
Dog hair works too.
The furnace motor needs work, so not sure when that will be fixed, if ever. But at least it isn't winter!

Even with working my booty off yesterday I was able to get some pages done for a pre-release and one of the challenges!
Good luck with the motor, I sure hope it gets fixed.
Yay for scrap time too. You kicked butt!

Well I did not finish book, I did not work on my basket
For a second, I was thinking, you took the day off and relaxed! And then I read the remainder of your post.
Dive In Movie is hysterical!
I'm not a witty as you
Please tell that to my family. They tease me about my lack of ability to tell jokes. Scott is THE funniest person in the world and Gary is a close second. Caitlyn is right behind them. Me- I am #5,498,649,085,846,486 (yes, that it well below the number of people on Earth. I am counting the ones alive and ones no longer.)
Did you jump when the beavers slapped near you? That was incredibly loud-- I jumped!
Hope the TSA card was an easy process!

I hobbled into the office this morning. .... another day of back stiffness and spasms!!
Hang in there,... I know it will pass but it's hard to wait for it to do so. Good to hear you are still able to scrap! xoxo
Relate??? oh yeah! It takes so much longer for recovery when in the 5th decade of life. I like your idea of starting in the boot. Keep that ankle safe and supported.
Yeah, that is for sure. The doctor looked at me strangely when he commented that I am not a teenager anymore and I replied-- I'm not?? Maybe I am not a teenager, but I shouldn't be 56. Not yet!!
I am going to wear the boot tomorrow -- keeping my ankle safe is secondary to keeping my family from murdering me if I re-break it. Can you imagine the I-told-you-sos? *gulps*

Its crazy that the school year is winding down and summer is coming. We have two (today and next week) Wednesdays left for cooking for the church. Of course we're going out with a bang, I didn't plan easy to make meals LOL Mac n Cheese tonight, half with bacon and half without. Then next week we will make 18 pizzas that are 12x24"
I remember that from last year-- that was a lot of pizza!! (Maybe the moose will be able to pick me up in time this year. I'll try Moose-Lyft instead of Uber-Moose this time, Uber Moose gets NO stars)

Between baseball and volleyball, I've totally lost track of all of you.
I lost track of all of your games and meets, and I was only reading about them.
What minions are on your nails today?
Hope the weather warms up for you when you start the next round of games!
Good morning ladies. I'm home for a few hrs before my day takes off. Canasta, car wash, dinner and then off to the movies with a friend. The weather cooled off today but will warm up again tomorrow. March/April here is crazy weather. It fluctuates so much. We have more snow coming (just an inch or so) and then it'll warm up again to mid/high 60's.
I hope that the weather warms up for you and stays that way.
What movie did you see?

Time to rollllllll and start my day!

hugs!!

I have Easter minions.

Honestly, I lose track of where I am half the time - I was sure there was baseball yesterday and I had the wrong day. Dropped my bike off so they can put new tires on and they'll update the software while they have it. Wendell got a new helmet, his was 3 years old, actually I'm getting the new one, it's neon yellow, after my crash 2 years ago, I had to replace my bright pink one and they only had blue and it is so BORING :spinningchair:Got to my ortho appointment an hour early and as luck or unluck would have it, he was running late. Appointment went well, yay, I'm going to have surgery woo hoo! Hip is bone on bone. The scheduler was just leaving for the day and said he would call this morning. Haven't heard anything yet, of course, Wendell, Mr. Ants in his Pants, had me call, but surprise, scheduler was On the line with someone else. This is my 4th rodeo so I'm a patient patient. It's almost 60° already today, crazy windy again and it's supposed to brew up storms. Baseball at 5.I was going to start a new page and then realized I had about 30 stacked up waiting to be put into albums so I'm doing that first. With JoAnns closed I had to order more refill pages from Amazon for my Pioneer albums.

Good Morning Ladies!

I think you asked and answered your own questions LOL As long as you wear your boot you will be fine. DONT push it!! And dont give the fam a change to say I told you so. That would be bad. It will be amazing tomorrow. You will be exhausted after but oh its gonna lift your spirits and help the healing.
I remember that from last year-- that was a lot of pizza!! (Maybe the moose will be able to pick me up in time this year. I'll try Moose-Lyft instead of Uber-Moose this time, Uber Moose gets NO stars)
Yeah, they were a dud. No stars!!! I'm still waiting. The good news is I didn't prep your pizza so it not old n mold. I will make it fresh when you get here.

Yesterday was fun. While staring 3 gallons of milk for my half of the cheese sauce, I glanced out the window and saw a caribou!! One lone little caribou walking across the church parking lot. Was so cute. Guess he was looking for dinner!!

Yep, with you Twin @JeanneMN bike helmets should be fun, not boring. Mines boring. They only had blue, black and white when I got mine. But it covers the brain so I roll with it. cant wait to ride next year.

Time for more coffee. Have a wonderful day!
