Hello from a sleepy, achy Faery. *small wave*
When I went to bed last night, I thought I was home free from the vaccine side effects. I was feeling a little draggy and my arm was slightly sore. I took an Aleve and fell asleep quickly. Yeah.... uh-huh, that only lasted until 1 a.m. It hit me like a ton of bricks, hot flashes, body aches, and a blinding headache. I got small bits of sleep between 1 and 5 and gave up soon after. ATM, I am only feeling a little sore and achy and exhausted. The headache and chills are over. Whew!
I had another fab day yesterday playing with the babies. Gah, they are so freaking sweet! Caitlyn has no idea what to name them and I have been no help. As of now, they are White (or White One or Solid White) and the other is Spots. White seems much more active and exploring, Spots is more mellow. But that isn't helping with names yet. Scott should be here, he usually comes up with some good ideas.
I have to call Scott today anyway. I get newsletters for the ecology center where he used to work and where I did a forest bathing hike. They are hiring PT educators to lead hikes and activities. I emailed the newsletter to him and asked if he thought that if I took the winter to brush up on local ecology stuff (he left all of his textbooks here so I have good info), should I try to apply in the spring. He thought it was a great idea and told me to call him today to talk some more about it. I think he would write me a good letter of recommendation
I did some scrapping in the afternoon. I have been on a roll, I love the kits this time of year. ♥
Today is the FP but I am not going to go. It's rainy and I'm not in desperate need of anything so I don't want to take what is unnecessary. Caitlyn will be glad too, she comes with me to keep me company but I am sure she would rather sleep in.
As soon as get some food in me, I am going to get some more Aleve, put some comfy clothes on, and call it a day.
Hugs to everyone, have a restful weekend!
