Happy Monday!!!!!!!!
I am trying really hard to be Sally-Lite and I am going to enjoy my Monday if it kills me. hahaahha!!

Did everyone have a great weekend? Hope so. I am feeling a bit better so far today that I had been feeling last week, so I guess that is good news.

I have ton of stuff to do today, so I better get rolling!

Me Me Monday: I seriously need to get the nail polish from the summer off my toes!

WE had a FABULOUS weekend!!!!! It was SOOOOO nice to be at Alison's and have no TENSION!!! It all seems to have just faded away!!!! She promised not to get so uptight when we could not get down there too often, and we promised to come as much as possible...so somewhere in the middle I suppose!!!

It was also nice having someone else doing the cooking and cleaning!!! :mrgreen: We went to Jacob's football game on Sat Morning...they lost by 2 points!! but he played really well...he scored one touch down. Alison and I got out for a while to just mess around...and we went to see her new shop....then after dinner she and I watched a movie...Sunday came too fast!!!! and we had to come home!!

Last night I was putting costumes on EBAY....all the kids old costumes seem to be piling up here...so they need to leave!!!

my munchkin is such a nut. he was playing the "i don't feel good today." "i really don't want to go school today." card. Like I don't know that he just wants to stay home and play the new game he got yesterday......

We had a pretty good weekend. Went to a surprise party Friday night that was WAY fun! We did karaoke and I totally owned I Will Survive - everyone said so ;).

Trudy~ 4am?!?!?! yeah, that's waaaaaaay too early!
 
Chris --- summer nail polish :) heheheh Love that :) Be gentle with yourself today darling .... one tiny step at a time .... ;) Hope you get your stuff done ... and have a chance for some YOU time!! :)

Trudy --- 4 am is a great time, if you like to work early :) While my Mom was sick last year, for about 6 months, I ran the diner, and it was 4am daily for me, I loved it actually, because the sense of accomplishment was huge :) But I really don't mind sleeping now until 7 :) Hope you have a great day dear!!

Linda --- enjoy the weather darling, it's not gonna last much longer!! :( How is your Mom? Still :pray: for you all!!

Nana --- glad to hear you had a good weekend ... and yes I love it when someone else cooks ;) It always tastes just a little bit better!! :)

Vicki -- Olivia and Danielle were trying the don't feel well card this morning too, I think it's just Monday morning blahs, cause they were fine once they got going :) Week 3 of school .... no sick days yet!! LOL!! :) Glad you had fun Friday night!! Love you!!!

Let's see the weekend :noidea:, where it went but it's gone!!! I think there is a conspiracy and someone is just faking that it's Monday again already!:spy:

Friday --- nothing much ... rented some Wii games for the girls -- which basically turns them into junkies for the weekend. lol ;)

Saturday --- I worked from 3-9 .. Peter and did 28 loads of Laundry!! :faint: But at least it's done!!

Sunday -- ahhhhh :love: woke up ... played here and there a little .... took my Nellie shopping, for books, some clothes for the little peanut, and just stuff for the house. We went for lunch and saw Lacey!!

Today .... the girls are off to school, so it's Mya, Keisha and I home today!! :) We walked the girls to school this morning, and then came home, tidied up the kitchen, livingroom, all the beds are made, bedrooms don't quite look like a :boom: went off in there again now. I have blogged this morning and played here :ranger: Making meatloaf for dinner ... picking Lacey up from school cause she's coming over for dinner :dance::dance::high5::dance::dance:, then I'm off for Movie night with my brother's girlfriend .... whom from this point on I will refer too as my FSIL (future sister in law), if my brother would get off his butt and just ask her!! :) hehehee :) We are going to watch the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo .... so excited!!! :)
 
Hey girlies!! I just love this daily thread...even if I don't post, know that I'm lurking!! LOL~~

but now that I'm being a little bit (emphasis on little) more organized, I am here posting!! just a quick hi this morning. I'm stressing a little about doing three craft shows, but I'm channeling all of that stress into production, so that I really won't stress!! LOL!!

I hope to post on my blog this afternoon all of the fun stuff going on here in crafting/music central...got a gig this weekend...need to solidify some lyrics!! and I'm debuting a new song at the gig. It's an awesome song (have started scratch tracks at the recording studio, so hopefully it'll be fully recorded in the next month...*sigh*)...

Just to shock you all...I was up at 6:30am this morning so i could take Mr Gorgeous to the airport...just three more trips (including this one) and then he's done with the project...as far as we know!! LOL!! After I dropped him off, I went by this store I went to last Sat and met the owner there to pick up two screen doors I had purchased from her Sat. I'm totally stoked about them...they will be the backdrop display for my three craft shows coming up! It'll take some elbow grease getting them ready, but for $35 each, I think I got a steal of a deal!!!

evening all - good day at work- home by 7:30- dh had to call SallieMae to talk to them about ds college loan ( did you know they took overseeing all college loans in the health care bill?) The person was questioning him about all our finances, and the value of our house now - to which he said- how should I know- we are paying the mortgage and second mortgage without a problem- oh but you have other college loans is there another student- umm no if you would check you would see he graduated and is paying the loans with no problem- oh umm yeah- okay so I approve your loan and umm now your son has to pay $25 per month in interest- no more deferred payment loans. DH says- I didn't mind as long as they are this picky with everyone so loans don't go out to those who can't pay- argh gotta love the gov't. I was surprised she didn't know what color our walls were painted.

Glad your weekends went well.

Trudy I am in awe - if I got up at 4am I would be horrifying.

We had a great weekend - it's Tuesday lunchtime here now and it's starting to feel like summer outside!

Got a couple of evenings out with friends this week so really looking forward to it :)
 
okay...so I never do this, but I have to vent just a little! (you know I'm an optimist, so I'll bring it around to something cool in the end...just sayin'...):

So this morning as I was typing my above post, I typed that Mr Gorgeous only has three more trips including this one...as I typed it, I thought, I probably shouldn't say that outloud, because they will probably add one or two more just cause I said it outloud!!

So Mr Gorgeous gets online when he got to the office this afternoon and finds two emails stating that he has to take another trip out there in Oct, so that's two weeks in a row...and he has to elongate his first week by 8 hours (come home late Friday instead of early in the AM)...OMGosh!! I was like, ohhh man!! I shouldn't have written that!!

Anyway, just had to vent a little...it ticked me off...although I like eating,...and my house, and working from home...and...and...

yep, i'm thankful...very thankful!!
