Happy Monday!
I am feeling slightly less stressed than I was yesterday morning but the day is young ;) I wish I know what I was doing with my life. Hmm, that sounds very existential. It's much more like "I wish I knew what I was doing this morning, am I doing housework or yard work?"

The first big review of the arcade cabinet dropped yesterday. Gary was really anxious about that. Cait, Tom, and I sat with him when it went live and OMG, The review was great! It's already gotten quite a few views on YouTube. He was very happy and relieved. Caitlyn and Tom spent the rest of their day picking up the last things they need for the party and I cleaned the house as best as I can. We still have boxes for the outdoor Halloween decorations in the DR.
As you can tell, I am not sure what I am doing today other than I don't have a car (Not that it was all that likely I would be going anywhere heh). Gary and Scott are heading out for test drives. Scott is mostly looking at Toyotas. Does anyone here have good or bad experiences with them? Financing is going to be the problem since he is technically unemployed -- but is he? And for how long?
Who knows???

Just in case you haven't noticed - I am not the best at handling lots of up in the air situations at once.

I know, you are all *shocked* because I hide that so well ROTFLMAO!

@Cherylndesigns Ahhh!! Kids these days! Jumping into the pool in October!?!? That sounds about right for boys though. I would never be able to keep my eyes open that late. I am like Chuck, my social meter runs out quickly.
He must have passed along the get it together gene to Adrienne and then the 5 kids really honed that.

@vickyday Yay for getting to eat a hot dog! You had a nice time with the family and a hot dog, good news all around! When the kids were little, the KFC bucket and sides were one of the biggest treats for them, they loved that.

Eva, I googled Kim J-- you are going to have a lot of fun, her kits are cuuute!

Good morning. Quick in and out for this post. As long as I have internet, I should be in good shape to get a few posts done. We decided to do a couple of days in the Blue Ridge mountains to enjoy the fall colors. Heading to Asheville for two nights. First time leaving Shaun here with the dogs. Brian and I haven’t gone anywhere with just the two of us since before kids…so a very long time.

The plan is to head to Savannah for lunch and then on to Asheville. Breaking it up into 2 1/2 hour drives So that we can take turns. Wanted to wait until after rush hour traffic and then we had fog so waiting for that to burn off a little bit.

Best of luck to Scott and Gary on the car hunt!

Good Morning (barely)!
Quick in and out before I get some brunch.
Had a great birthday weekend. Didn't do much but that's a good thing.
I did get to talk to DS#1 (child #2) for an hour last night.
I did get to talk to DD#1 (child #1) a couple of times this weekend. The family called to sing Happy Birthday to me. I told them to keep their day jobs but I loved them anyway! ;)
I went to DD#2 (child #3) for birthday lunch yesterday. Layouts to follow.
DS#2 (child#4) texted a birthday greeting.....minimal words.....but that's about as good as it gets from him! I probably would not have gotten that if it had not been for the group text, LOL! Some kids........I'll take what I can get, LOL!

Good morning ladies. Watching Bella today as Jen works. she howled and barked like crazy when Jen left. It was so loud that left unattended I feel that the neighbors would have reported it to SPCA. Wow, she has a set of lungs on her. I waited 5 minutes and then went down to Jen's, banged once on the door and firmly said "no bark", she stopped and a few seconds later I opened the door and greeted her. She has been fine with us, she just won't stay by herself in the apartment. I'll take them over to the park later. Jen won't be back until around 4:30. I'll bake some parmesan chicken in the oven with cauli mash for us and mashed potatoes for D. I will bake some keto brownies this afternoon when I get back from the park. The day is going to fly by.

@faerywings I'm no help with Toyoto advise, never had one. I am happy with Kia and so is Jen.

@LSlycord Happy birthday. Sounds like a nice trip, getting out to see fall colors. I want to head out a few times this week to see what fall foliage I can find.

@vickyday It was fun to see your photos throughout the years.

I'm getting dressed and getting on with my day.
