Mood swing alert!! Mood swing alert!!
Nothing like a Monday Morning after a long weekend to bring them on in a menopausal/semi-crazy Faery.

What a freaking week it was. I cannot believe that it was literally a week ago that I was so hopeful about Gary's good dr visit, and Scott's report card, and then to hit bottom and then slowly coming back out of it. Throw in some family/Thanksgiving/upcoming Christmas and watch out!!! :boom:
I have to keep repeating to myself "baby steps" and "it is what it is" -- my 2 mantras. One day at a time and all that...... Hopefully this week will be "normal" (whatever the HECK that is!) and I can get some solid footing. Or at the very least--the illusion of solid footing.
Just in the span of writing this, I think I have felt gratitude, anxiety, melancholy and a bit of hope. Is there any wonder why I feel a bit nauseous??? :yield:
LOL
But it is Mionday and Sally would advice me that it is a new week and a new beginning. So I hope to buckle down, get my To-Do list written, and run with it. My dad is coming up today to help me with the rest of the leaves, and I will be bundled up, but soaking in some sun.
me Me Monday:
I am going to try and focus on breathing..... Keeping steady.
What about you?
