How was everyone's weekend? Yesterday wasn't a good one. It started off fine, but then out of nowhere, the dogs got into a fight and jaida bit W's ear. She is ok, but we kept them separated for the rest of the day. I am thinking that I am going to call the vet to see if I should get the ear looked at. I also need to go food shopping. I think!;)

At any rate, I am getting ready to join the shower. Hope to be back at some point later.
xoxoxo!

good morning - well my Devils lost to the Vegas Golden Knights 3-2. Taylor Hall keeps scoring but I don't know if that will be enough to get my team to the play offs. In the seat next to my son was a guy who kept yelling at the team to be better. The Devils played really well but Vegas is a better team. I told my son we are not good enough to beat the really good teams but they can learn and get good enough. The whole object is not to play down to the team below you which my team has done at times. Tonight's game was a bobble head give away of Brian Boyle. My DIL got a golden bobble head so she got to go meet him and take a guest. She took her brother. Pretty funny so we left her there and her brother took her home. My son did not seem to be bothered he was just glad to get home early. I hope he really was not bothered. Mom's I think always worry. Well my son moved home and my house is such a mess. On Sat he was to clean out the one room but of course he did not so now I have his room's stuff in my living room with the stuff from the TV that has to get out so his stuff can go in. And it turns out his living arrangement was not just with the other bedroom person but her extended family would show up off and on. And while he said they were really nice I think he was just not used to so many people coming and going. Sort of freaked him out. LOL There are just 4 of us in our family as all of our relatives were out west and rarely came to visit. So I am hoping that by this next weekend things will be sorted out. This week I have home games on Tues and Thurs so I will be busy. The weather here is sunny but the wind is still too much for my liking but I will be Luther out soon.

Chris I am sorry that the dogs ended up fighting. That must be so stressful. And they had been getting along so well. I guess kids fights. Hope the ear is ok. The couple I sit next to at the hockey games said they had 14 inches of snow and that there whole school system is closed. They lost their spring break because of so many closing due to snow or ice. Hope you all cleared up and snow free. I cannot believe we are getting another nor'easter on Wed. Take care.

Trudy that is a cute egg cooker! My DH would never use something like that as he is so old school. He refuses to get a kitchen aid to mix for all his baking so he would never get that. It took him a whole year before he would use the Keurig for hot chocolate or tea. So frustrating at times.

Rae again I am sending prayers. I hope for some good news.

Jean and Felis hope you had good weekends.

Have a great day all.

Morning ladies... I was up very early this morning, so got DH some breakfast before he left for work. We had a busy day yesterday, cleaning up the front yard and pruning and trimming the bushes and raking up all the dead from the winter. The front yard looks so much better now. I even washed the front doors as they had some kind of weird white filmy yuck on them. All my house cleaning is done too, so today I don't have much to do. I am hoping to scrap a page or two for my sister and maybe get a few pages done for the recipe book I am working on. I think that this weeks weather is supposed to be pretty good so hopefully I will be hiking again on Wednesday!

Chris - Oh dear, that is too bad that the dogs are not getting along! They were doing so well! Hopefully W's ear is ok! Perhaps they need to get out and get some exercise and burn off that pent up energy? I hope that you have a better day today and that you get to do something that makes you smile!

Nancy - sorry that your team lost their game last night, but you are right Vegas has a very good team!! Hope that your son gets his mess all cleaned up for you soon! It would be driving me crazy to have clutter in my living room! But I am kind of crazy like that! Our family is the same, we did not have many relatives come for visits while we lived in Sask. so our kids are not used to people just dropping in all the time. It drives my DD crazy when her in-laws just drop in and they do quite often! Thats too bad that your DH won't try kitchen gadgets, but I guess if it doesn't stop him from cooking then thats ok :becky:

Rae - Sending you lots of love and hoping for good news too!

:hello: to Jean and Felis, I hope you are having a good day!

Waiting for DD to facetime this morning, but Mason was not feeling well last night so she might have her hands full with both boys home today. Hopefully Mason is feeling better though. I might have to try to catch a nap sometime today, not much sleep last night and I am feeling tired. Hope you all try to have a good Monday!

Hello ladies,
gray and boring day here. The rain melt the whole snow and now we are ready for Spring. Which mean that as Trudy soon I'll have to prepare my yard too, but for now fog and rain saved me from that. My dad have a cold, but he refuses to drink teas. Also he can't stay at one place for more than half hour, so he rounds around with miserable looks, instead to take care for his health. When the things turns and now we admonish our parents?!

Chris, hope the ear is not too bad! Kids! *shaking head*. Good that Clover is well! In some moments you couldn't to procrastinate food shopping more :) , but fingers crossed to not be too stressful!

Nancy, nope you definitely aren't crazy to wait for autographs, it totally worth it! Uh, this disorganization would drives me crazy too, but for your son probably also is difficult to have put all his things in new decoration. Be patient :) . I wouldn't worry for your son's feelings, your DIL is take her brother, which also is part of the family and she definitely have some arguments to want make him happy with this special moment. And it's not like to neglecting her husband because of some friends. That's are two different sons (one that come back home and other go with you to the game) , if I'm get it right?!

Trudy, you definitely gives me push to all Spring cleaning tasks that must add in my To Do List! You definitely deserves one good nap now! Hope Mason get better soon! Looks like it's colds time again!

Jean, I hope you are had lazy Sunday as me! Will check your today's post later.

Rae, my heart is bleeding for you, my dear! Many hugs and good vibes to whole your family!
I'm so scared what the Future is prepare for your family! I realize it's illegal, but I wish you have a power to lock her till her broken wings been repaired as is a bird! These hers 'friends' made her so bad favor! Hope that she can overcome this situation and her health will get better soon!

We've got another beautiful sunny day but it's still cold. Haven't spent much time out though the sun is to tempting. So far a normal Monday. Whoops, just had a call from friend who talks a long time.

Chris, hope today is a better day for all of you!

Nancy, sorry DS had to move back and currently making a mess. Good luck with the coming hockey games. Even though cold, being out with Luther could be nice.

Trudy, hope you get that nap!

Felis, foggy waiting for spring sounds nice. Hope Dad feels better soon.

Rae, adding my hopes for B and better news.

I have a few minutes so I am going to do a quick run down from Sunday- I want to see what is going on with Rae, it doesn't sound good. :(

Oh Rae!!!! Sending my biggest prayers and healing energy to Bailey- and of course to you and Jen as well. I am heartbroken for you! I hope that the Drs are able to figure out what is happening and what they can do to make her healthy again.
I won't ask how you are doing because I know it isn't good. I have no words, just love to you~~

Nancy- You had a busy weekend for sure!
Did I miss soenthing(very likely-- is your son moving back in with you? Can't say I blame him.:)

Trudy- You and Rae are making me tear up. In spite my kids' chronic illnesses they were never hospitalized (well Scott was when he was 3 weeks old but that seems ages and ages ago) and I cannot imagine how terrifying it is.
