Happy Monday my lOvelies!!

I have to make this quick, my mom is going to want her laptop back it soon. She is on her little tablet but that doesn't always work for her.

Caitlyn and I are still in PA. Scott and Leah went home yesterday since she has classes today. We are leaving here before lunch so I can get the laundry done and some food prepped in case we lose power. Like so many people in NJ/NY/PA we are expected to get close to or even more than 2 feet with blizzard winds. Great.
I know we are well behind snow fall totals for the season but darn it, it is the middle of March.

How is the party going? I have not been able to participate as much as I want, but as long as we have power on Tuesday, I am obviously not going out except for shoveling snow, so I will have more time then.

Good morning everyone. Had a nice weekend. On Sunday, DD called and asked what we were doing. Nothing. Hubby was going out with the guys and she was coming over. We spent the after noon and part of the evening playing a video game! Her dad started playing it and then her hubby got into it. Then my other DD started playing and now they all are playing. She is really doing good after only a little bit of time. Jealous!

The birthday party is going well. There a are some great games. Looks like lots of fun!

Chris- hope the snow isn't that bad. We are going to get cold, not looking forward.

Good morning ladies... I was totally MIA yesterday as we were very busy around the house. Got lots of cleaning done and then went shopping for a new food processor and a food scale I love them both!! Who would have ever thought I would be excited about small kitchen appliances :becky: So then I of course had to try them out and baked a Keto Diet Amazing bread that actually looks and taste almost like real bread LOL. Then went to check on my laundry only to find that the felt part that goes around the drum on my front loading dryer had come loose and was wrapped all around my clothes :mmph: So hubby helped me with that and now I can't use my dryer until the new part comes in that we need. :rant: its always something!!! Waiting for the third thing to happen as everything always comes in threes . First my food scale broke, then my dryer so wonder what will be next? Anyway when I finally did get a chance to pop in here yesterday, we had internet problems and I could not connect to the internet for a few hours grrr!! Things are fine today so I hope to get some commenting done and perhaps even a challenge or two?? Wish me luck, I could use it for sure!

Chris - Hope you are having a nice relaxing time with your parents and the kids! Please drive safely home especially if you are supposed to get a Blizzard, is it really the middle of March?? Enough with the crazy weather already!! Someone needs to tell Mother Nature that this is not funny anymore!!

Sharon - Sounds like you are all having fun playing video games! I used to play a few when I was younger, but had to stop so I could get other things done LOL I was addicted !

Hey Nancy are you still soaking up the Arizona Sun??

Looking forward to face time chat with Heather and Mason today, her brother and his family will be there for a visit by friday evening, she is so excited to have them come!! I only wish I could join them! Have a great day ladies!! :wave:

Good morning, ladies. I'm making ths quick. Spent some time chatting with Jen this morning so am already falling behind on my desk job this morning LOL. It's going to be one of those days. I'm going to check the birthday forum and then get off the computer for a few hours to get some work done. I'll be back this afternoon. Hubs wants a pork loin for dinner (he was so excited to come home with a big huge pork loin that he got on sale when he went to the store). So that's dinner tonight. Just have to figure out what I want to do with it. I might put it in the pressure cooker. I'll figure it out later.

Chris - have a save trip home and yikes about the blizzard. Come on.....spring is here (or it should be). Mother nature needs to pay attention. We have lots of rain but the temps have warmed up a bit.

Sharon - we all used to play video games yrs ago when we didn't all have computers and tablets to occupy us. We'd spend a whole night playing in teams and sometimes would stay up til early the next morning (sure couldn't do that now LOL). I'm aging myself, but I still remember Zelda LOL.

Trudy - enjoy the chat with Heather and Mason. Yay for getting some new kitchen appliances. I just pinned a new recipe last night, you might be interested in it. Its for a white choc mousse-like dessert. If I can find sugar-free white chocolate pudding I am sooooo making this!
