The Loopy-O
CHEERY O
Its Monday and its the birthday of the boy I babysit. He's 9 today. Man, I remember the day he was born, as well as his bris a week later. That seemed so barbaric to me-- for the mom's sake to have to have family gathering a week after giving birth.
He's a funny kid and I hope that he has a great day.

How was everyone's weekend? Survived the time change? I thought I was ok with it until 12 am when I woke up and then couldn't get back to sleep. Not sure what the time change had to do with it tho hahahaha!!

Another spring-like day here. off to Shop Rite this morning and maybe some yard work this afternoon. Love me some gardening. I know, it won't really be gardening, rather more of getting rid of branches, etc. But it will be outside!

That will be my Me Me Monday for sure!!

Morning Chris & all. I am sitting on the couch, trying to decide if my nose is going to stop running. I plan on heading into work anyway- need to be in town to buy allergy meds. I am thinking it will slow down and I will be able to work the day. No fever, not really coughing, just all nose. What I would like to do, stay home and get my house in order from the weekend. My boys both came home and it was a wonderful visit. They sat together on the couch and shopped for all the elements we need to be able to play music in our basement- receiver, cables & speakers, then I got to pay for them. That is okay cause they made sure we are getting the most bang for our buck! Best part- they plan on coming back and putting the system together for us.

good morning good morning...have some company coming over today....so i wont be around much just wanted to say HELLO!!

hiya. thunderstorms today: my favorite things! really. i like 'em. not the rain, just the thunder. :rain:

Chris, how can you do yard work at this time of year? i have to think you guys got as much water as we did over the last few monts. our yard is usually so soaking wet that i'd sink up to my ankles in the mud! our property is a hill, and sometimes in Spring i can stand outside and actually HEAR the water trickling through the grass!

Laurie, hope your can reign in your nose! and i am so jealous that you had your two guys at home.

Kristy, have fun with your company!

today is grocery choppng (in the rain again, of course) and trying to do one of the Creative Techniques tutorials. maybe i'll hit one of the antique store and see whether there are any interesting chests of drawers for my bedroom. dread this starting all over with the bedroom furniture thing....

Happy Monday! have some fun!

Morning peeps!

Neither of us could fall asleep last night so I left and went to my studio and read a bit. Woke up when the computer woke up with some emails pinging. I had been dreaming about moving furniture in various bedrooms (channeling you Phylis???) but also to hear John Lennon singing and playing the piano. It was really beautiful I wish I knew if what I heard was one of his real songs or what...I also wish I had my son here to have heard me try to ...eeek...sing what I remembered. He's my musical one Laurie. Of course there wasn't a title in the dream....

I may mimic Chris and go out and do a bit of garden cleanup. It's the winter stuff I never did. I still don't want to do it but it's sunny and it's dry and I have clothes to hang out on the line so...I did remember to put a load in last night on the timer.

My day? housework and some grocery shopping. Not a bad day.

Middle of the night here (3 a.m.). Woke up and can't go back to sleep so thought that I'd check in on the O's!

We had a beautiful day yesterday and mid-70's planned for today! Explains why I didn't get into the Daily O's yesterday...enjoying the weather too much!

It has been pretty dry here...can certainly do some yard clean-up. Maybe tonight after work.
