I am alive and ok! Sorry that i went MIA a bit. I am just still having a tough time with life. But no worries, I will survive (who is singing with me??) amd hopefully get some of my sanity back.
Thurs was our Lyme appt, and we got some "depressing" news- some new research is coming out and the bacteria is just so much more dangerous and evolving in so many ways that is much harder to beat then even the Lyme specialists had assumed. There is a a new abx that in combination with another abx that is showing lots of promise, but - neither Gary or my health ins. covers it. It would be about $500/month for each of us to take it. We just don't know what to do. I have list of phone calls I need to make today - maybe I'll get lucky and someone will be able to help point me in the right direction.
My mom and I did really good at our garage sale this weekend. We made $165. Yes! We have plenty more stuff to sell over the summer, and then, I bring the kids down too and they sell all of their old toys to get summer spending $$.
How was everyone weekend? I see Ona had a fun birthday
Wish I could have been there to celebrate (drink vodka! :cosmo: ) with ya!
