Happy Monday!
I am here drinking my :tea: and being very happy that we are only at 76* at 7 am.

I am off to work at MIL's. I am bringing both kids with me. Oh please keep them from fighting somehow!

we watched the Lion King last night (on the VCR no less LOL) . I forgot how much I loved that movie. Its cute that my kids are going through a "old-school" Disney phase. They watched The Aristocats the other night- how funny is that?

Anyway- whenever I can get them for family time, i love it!

Good morning everyone. I have missed you. We had a busy weekend with a Bachelorette party and Bridal Shower. It was fun and it finally hit me that my sister is getting married in now 11 days. The official count down starts tomorrow. WOW!! I am just amazed at how fast the time has gone and I am soooooo excited for her. Most of her bridezilla-ness has calmed for now and it is my mom that has been making me crazy with silly controlling wedding stuff...aside from Addie's shoes which Alisha has been a bit ridiculous about. I am very excited for the wedding stuff to be done and over though. Ugh!! Weddings are lame for so many reasons but it will be awesome regardless.

In a few minutes I need to start getting ready to head out to the beach. I am soooooo excited. It will be a bit cold though. I love the west coast beaches so much.

Well, I need to run. Have stuff to do before it is time to go. Hugs everyone!!

I'm popping in also! Been super busy this past month and a half getting Chris situated with school (my baby is going to first grade-where did all the time go???). Been doing a lot of chaperoning with summer camp field trips (tomorrow is Please Touch Museum in Philly) so haven't been around as much as I would love to be. Will be back in full force when school starts again though.

Clara I can't wait for the wedding pics!

Chris - wow a VCR? My mom has one too and she must have a bazillion tapes for it now since people switched to DVD players. My kids have no idea what it is when they go over there. They're like "Grammy what IS that?" Isn't it weird how something so silly as a VCR can make you feel (well, it makes ME feel) old?

I was talking to John the other day and I said a song was on a specific album and Christopher was like "what's an album Mom?" and that's when I thought to myself - holy cow, me saying "album" instead of CD is like my grandfather always calling the refrigerator "the icebox" and me thinking "what the hell is an icebox?". LOL!!

What else has everyone been doing?

busy day at work= I somehow managed to turn after picking up a toy and slam the right side of my head and my forearm into a wall that sticks out- like a doorway- yeah it hurt my arm more, and I did the big girl thing and reported it as a comp case- I got to take my first breathalyzer test- yes I passed with triple zero's. Here is hoping my head and neck feel fine in the morning. Other than that, just another ordinary day at work.
