:behindsofa:
Is it safe to come out yet? What a day yesterday. I never made it outside but maybe I can today. I need it.
I am not even 100% what happened yesterday, as opposed to other prior days. The main "highlight" (as in something that stands out) was that Gary called his mom (who is wearing a boot for a stress fracture on her foot) and found out that his dad was in the ER for chest pain and dizziness. That had been going on for three days and he finally decide to get it checked out. He didn't have a heart attack (whew!) but they kept him to do more testing today. Funny coincidence that he is at the same hospital as my mom, wouldn't it be ironic if the first time they see each other since quarantine started was in the hospital?
Scott is not feeling good, short of breath and a sore throat. He is staying away from us fo now, just in case. Although I have no idea where he could have caught anything, he is so cautious.
Cait suggested that we watch Harriet after dinner. She had seen it as part of her Black Studies class last fall. She was such a badass. I had no idea how much work she had done and did not lose one slave as conductor.
I did started to scrap a page for the upcoming mini o's and will finish that today along with finalizing the food order.
Also, can I have some good thoughts for my friend's DD? This morning, she left for FL after getting a job at Sea World and then hopefully back at Disney World. This is the girl I have known since she moved in when she was 18 months old and was Cait's BFF until Middle school. She really is like a DD in my heart - she called me Mama Chris. I am so worried. So worried.
Anyway, my mom is hoping to come home soon, her kidneys are working close to her baseline function. Hopefully, FIL will be released today too.
other than that-- wishing everyone a very happy and peaceful (stress-free??? Bwuahahah!!! Not.A.Chance!) day!
