Happy Monday!!
Who needs a bit of sunshine? It is cloudy and cool again so I am adding some sunshine to this thread. Focus on the beauty and warmth of nature today!
Did all of you have a nice rest of the weekend? It was very quiet here. The kids have this last week of classes and the following week is Finals Week. They have been busy in their rooms working on papers and assignments. I am semi-worried about what will happen when they are done with their courses. Will they have time to relax and decompress or will they get really bored, really quickly and have all of the insanity hit them hard? My guess is that they are going to flip between the two options fast and often.
I think I am caught up with the things I needed to do for the Cheery Os and I started to scrap another page. I am almost done with that one and will keep plugging along. I ordered Gary's gift from my mom and Christopher's gifts from us. He *loves* Mad Libs so I got him a couple of books and he should have them soon.
Today I am painting the island cabinet to freshen it up. I hope my hands stop hurting so much. My fingers and toes are still very achy.
Gratitudes:
- (I am coming up blank!)
- it will get warmer by the end of the week
- I can't wait to plant seeds
- I made a good dinner last night (homemade biscuits and turkey gravy)
- as always, my O-Fam!
hugs!!
