Happy Happy Monday!!
I am feeling a bit ... worn out, I guess. It was a crazy weekend. Then- Additional computer stresses.... you know how it goes.....
My computer is making a really loud and unsettling clunky noise. I have a WD My Book. that is supposed to be my whole computer back up. It has never worked right since I got it. I could not tell you the last time I backed anything up and whenever I actually did- it was kinda willy-nilly- just some random doc/photos *hangs head in shame*

I had asked for Carnonite for Christmas but no one got me the subscription. So I bit the bullet and got it for myself,. Now that my whole compute ris backed up- guess what happened to the noise?? :confused::lol:

But I am sure it will be back and now - I am sort of ready for it.

I am hoping for a relatively quiet week here. What is going on with all of you?

Me Me Monday-
Dang- I really got nothing today.
It is raining, which means I can't get in my walk to the bust stop, maybe I'll try to hop on the treadmill and see if I can get in a mile or so.
 
Good morning all! Happy Monday! And I'm starting it off right with a visit to the Daily O's.

We have rain here too Chris. It's needed and everything will turn even greener. But I miss the sun!

Ok, off to the shower before beginning the "get everyone out of bed" routine!
 
we have rain too- but our ground was so dry when they plowed the field across the road last friday a dust cloud crossed the road and went across the field behind the house and made it so I couldn't see the men working in the field behind the house- can't wait till they are done planting and messing so I can clean my windows-no sense now because they will just get dirty again and again until they are done with spring work- oh well

Chris- dh has carbonite, I have mozy- havent' had to use either, but I'm such a hoarder on my hard drive I thought it was best to have that back up

me me monday- ummm eye dr appointment
after work- I will exercise, record foods in sparkpeople because I want to be healthy for more creative energy

work on a layout for this months challenges- have it started, don't like it, need to revamp it!
 
Raining here too, just lightly at the moment, glad to have it washing out the pollen!

Been looking at carbonite and mozy - can anyone tell me which has the advantage over the other, or is it just personal preference? Need to do it too!

MMM --off to get ready for work, gonna be a long week this week. Finalizing the budget, present to finance team Wednesday night, and to the board on Sunday evening.
 
Good Morning ladies!!! Having a hard time getting myself going this morning!! I think I needed my coffee intrveniously today!!

I have slight headache this morning and my arthritis is acting up...I don't have it bad, just enough to aggrivate at times...my hands swell from it when it acts up.

With all of our activities this weekend...a lot for us old people..LOL....it was a very nice weekend. We went with our friends to eat at the Olive Garden. YUM!!! It was really nice to visit with them for a couple of hours. She has been through the ringer over the last year and half. Same thing happened to her that happened to my Mom a few years ago...her colon burst. She had her colostomy reversed about two months ago...and that surgery is worse than than the emergency repair...I remember this from my Mom. It took my Mom about a year to recover from her reversal.

So you guys all have rain...we are cloudy but no rain. We had quite a bit last week. Weatherman says we will have a few showers tonight...but the rest of the week is dry and by Wednesday it warms up again!!

Savannah Grace and her totally ROUND self can sit up now. LOL!! Yes, she is so fat it has not been an easy task for her!! But she is now. She sits there and smiles with her sweet peachy fuzz head!! TOO CUTE!!

Okay...I better run....it has taken me an hour to get this post done....I will be back!!
 
Hi Hi HI... I think I am actually BACK :). I've missed the O's and scrapbooking so much. I've had to take a break because me kids needed me. Chase just loved to he held and the girls just wanted to hang out. I enjoy it because I know all too soon they won't think I am the coolest person in the world as they do now. BUT with spring upon us they are playing outside more and just don't need the mama for all enterainment. Chase is becoming much more independent and I actually have some free time now. So expect to see me once again in the fourms and I actually got to scrap a page last night!


We are going to have a busy day outside today. I am putting the girls to work in my garden. They love it, they have to use the little wheelbarrow to move all the sticks out over to the stick pile. Then they get to "help" me plant the rose bushes they picked out. Hopefully we can keep Chase from eating too much dirt :). Happy Monday ladies!!!

First- CHRIS! I got my new body spray today, and it is GREAT! My very favorite yet! I'm glad you used the tangerine, because I think the nectarine I wanted first would be too sweet. Did you send me an invoice yet and I just missed it? If so, can you send me one again? Thanks, Lady!

We had a little bit of rain over the weekend, but today is lovely. Had a WIC appointment this morning, and for a change I was in and out of there in less than an hour! WOW! So the week is starting off great.

Feeling really good today. I have to get schoolwork done, and for once I'm planning on being ahead of the game. The girls and I are off to the beach this weekend. Remember when I went to Great Wolf Lodge with them? Not with Vince, but back in October I think it was. We went for free on a Strong Bonds retreat, which is an Army family seminar that helps wives of deployed soldiers deal with stress etc. Well, we're going on another one, this time to the Myrtle Beach Sheraton. So it's not as kid-o-riffic as the other one was, but it's a very nice hotel on the beach, and I'm thinking a good time will be had by all. Hope so at least!

Linda W, I'm laughing thinking about your round little baby trying to sit up! Hahaha! I love fat babies. Never really had one yet. Maybe if I eat a lot of cake my next one will be fat? Probably not. Just his mama!

Janet - *hi!* I don't think we've met! I have mozy, and at first it was slow and buggy imo, but recently they've improved it quite a bit, and I like it more. It does take awhile, and you have to keep waking your computer up or else it quits, so that's kind of a problem. But I'm pleased to have the stuff backed up!

LaurieW - good for you cleaning your windows. I have to admit that I've only ever hosed mine off on the outside, and on the inside I just do a quick vinegar wipe to get the serious fingerprints off...

Joslyn- *hi to you too!* Girls in the garden sounds like a serious photo op!

Linda S- Good morning, Sunhine! Hope you got everybody out of bed easily and with smiles!

Morning Ladies!! I am just popping in quickly as I have to get ready to spend the day with my sisters. They are taking me out for my birthday (belated as my real birthday was April 14th) I was away for my birthday, so they picked today to spend with me and spoil me. The three of us girls do this for each others birthdays, and we have a great time together. Not sure what is in store for me today, but should be good fun!! Off to get ready, Hope everyone has a great Monday!!!

I am in organizational mode...it's tough for this artist type person who just wants to be bohemian out the wazoo...but it has to be done. I am enjoying all of my crafting and planning, actually, so I'm staying in my happy place. :)

I'm excited about this weekend on two accounts:
iNSD here...can you say PARTY CENTRAL????? just sayin'...we'll have more details later, for sure!!!

and my band is performing at a new venue this Saturday night!!! I'm sooo stoked about this one. I'm really hoping it goes well and we like it, so we can set up a regular date. I like to be able to tell people, we're playing here every third Sat or something like that! Anyway...we are rocking the recording, too, so I'm really really excited about the BAND!! Yipeee!!! (shameless link to the band blog...ahahhaha!!)

Oh beans are spilling that this is where to be this weekend! I do have dance on saturday- not sure what else- maybe I can get everything done during the week so I have the weekend to play!

Joslyn - gardening sounds fun - I had to laugh about the baby and the dirt- my mom always said- you have to eat a peck of dirt before you die- anyways hope you all had fun.

NanaLinda- hope your arthritis calms down - I have arthritic nodes on some of my fingertips- mainly the ones the kids at work grab or accidentally step on!
 
good evening... wanted to pop in real quick and say hello... I got home at 6:30, and it doesn't leave much time to get dinner before its bedtime! It's been raining on and off all day so it's made me VERY tired... I'm looking forward to climbing into bed soon... another long day tomorrow...
