hee hee Laurie- kitty was off bugging her brother Floyd instead of me yesterday. She is hanging out by me know, watching the squirrels outside, Hopefully that will keep her occupied while I type.
I saw your headless bride photo on FB- it reminded me so much of the haunted mansion at Disney LOL
Have you decided what you want to do with it yet? My mom has my dress. I had thought that I would use the train for Christening gowns but I ended up going very non-traditional for my kids when they were christened. Scott had a little suit with shorts and cait had a battenburg lace/cotton dress. And I am so short no one will ever be able to fit into it even if they wanted too. So my dress still takes up space at my mom's house.
Good luck working on your clutter/papers. Do you have someone that can help you? My MIL tells me all of the time how much easier it is when I help her b/c I don't have the same emotional attachments to the stuff. She'll want to keep something and if I roll my eyes, she knows she has to toss it (I am so mean!)
Such good news for your pg friends. My mom was stitched with me and you can see how good that turned out. hahaha!
Clara- were you able to go out for your day yesterday? Too funny about agreeing to anything when you are asleep. I am the same way.
I am so sorry to hear about your mom's puppy. Hugs to you and your family.
Chik-fil-a sounds yummy, wish we had one up here, although maybe it is good that we don't.
Good thoughts for your g-ma too.
Yes, thankfully Scott does know that the feeling bad is good in the long run. he has really come around to that- remember when he used to fight me tooth and nail? And the medication he takes is really yucky- I start my cycle on it on Monday and already i am dreading it.
Nana whew! thats a lot of kids. Yes-- make them stay on a routine. When I taught pre-k it was the one thing that kept us all sane. if we had a lot of teachers out sick, I would usually be the one one my own (try 25 3 and 4 yo's by yourself ack!) and some days i would say, "Play Day" instead of sticking to the routine. Nope.... never worked out for me LOL
kristy- how did I not go crazy? Oh that is easy- I did go crazy! Its hard- I am somewhat isolated- I live about 45 minutes from everything and everyone and with 2 little ones, it made it hard to get out and about. And i got angry at DH for not being around at times. Now that he is disables and home 24/7, I wish he would just go out of the house for an hour some days
ound:
Good for going to scrap therapy! That always helps
Trudy- hope that you had an easy day at work. Good and fingers crossed this will (really) be your last visit.
