Hello my lovely O-zies!!!!How are all of you today? Hope everyone is just wonderful! I was able to sleep until 7 am and that just feels fabulous! I woke up a bit after 5 and convinced myself to go back to sleep and I did.

No major plans today for me except to clean the house and clean up the bear can and garbage. We have a (supposed) bear-proof garbage can, that is hooked to the railing of the front steps with rope and a carabiner clip. The mama bear broke the rope, took off with the can, opened it up and stole the garbage. They are getting smarter and smarter. She also knocked over a big bucket of my morning glories, upside down so I have to see if I can get them re-planted.They were starting to climb already so hopefully their roots will be strong/long enough to re-take.

Not much else going on here.
Love to all!

good morning - the rain is gone and the clouds are leaving and it is going to be a lovely weekend! Cant believe that the Boston Bruins defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 4 straight games - the last two games were so exciting. Trudy I know your husband must be so happy to have them in the Stanley Cup Finals. Hopefully the Chicago Blackhawks can close it out with a win over the Kings. The only bummer about it coming to the finals is that it means my hockey watching is almost over. But then I have more time for scrapping. We had so much rain yesterday but luckily no flooding in our town. Our river is just high.

Chris enjoy your day.

Laurie your water falls photo is gorgeous love the blurring of the water! Cant wait to see some photos of the garden.

Angela sounds like the boys really had fun with all the ice creams!

Everyone enjoy your weekend!

Morning all - home after two days of fun and frolic! So nice to be home, sleep in my own bed. Missed my son though- he had yesterday off and he came home to grab more things, including some furniture. HOwever he did leave me some Ben & Jerry ice cream. Today, laundry, lawn mowing and playing with my pictures!

Laurie- oh your photos are just wonderful, LOVE that waterfall!!! Sorry that you missed your son, but Ben and Jerry's isn't so bad! LOL

nancy-- I am sure that Hockey season will be back before you know it:) Enjoy the rest of the finals.

The weather here yesterday was still pretty yucky. No rain but cloudy and cool. Today looks to be spectacular!! I hope to be off to the lake this afternoon for a while.

Phyllis- eep, that must have been freaky to have the house shake like that. My aunt lives in FL and my parents were visiting during a hurricane and were really freaked by the house swaying too. My aunt kept telling them that is what the house is supposed to do but I think they had a hard time believing her. Safe trip home!

Morning ladies... Remember me?? I have been a busy grandma and loving every minute with my sweet little grandson!! Today we will try to just get used to some sort of a routine for DD and baby. He is taking to the breast feeding a bit better now and seems to sleep better now too so I am lying in bed writing this post on my iPhone so I don't wake anyone up. Shhhhhhh!!! I miss all of you and can't wait to be able to do some more scrapping, but it will have to wait til the end of the month. Should be back home on the 24th. Hubby flies here on the 17th and we will fly home together. It will be very hard to leave and I will worry how my DD will handle taking care of her sweet Mason on her own. Her and her man have been fighting a lot too so now I have their relationship to worry about also!!!! :hurt: why can't anything be easy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope that things will improve for them, I am trying to stay out of their business and retreat to my room to worry ! Baby shower for DD on Wednesday should lighten the mood around here hopefully! Baby's dad is a great guy, but does not move off of the couch much on the weekends and his Mother is a busy body and drives DD crazy some days!! Oh well I probably drive them crazy too lol!! Such is life around here, hope you are all having a great weekend and I will try to post again sometime this week. Miss you all

trudy!!!! I do miss you so much! I can't WAIT to see more pics of that beautiful boy.I am sorry to hear that Mason's daddy is giving heather a rough go of it. If it is any consolation, Gary and I fought a LOT after both of my kids were born. It was such a hard adjustment and I think we both had so many unrealistic expectations. Hopefully that is all that it is for them too.

good morning - today is glorious! Another late night with hockey as it went to double OT before the Blackhawks won and so now it is Boston and Chicago in the finals which do not begin until Wednesday night. So I am going through a little hockey withdrawal LOL. Yesterday was an amazing day in sports there were two long baseball games one in the American league went 18 innings and one in the National League that went 20 innings and then my hockey game went into the second overtime period. Got a good walk in as the rain cleared but the humidity still remained. Now I am home alone as my DH had to go to work and the boys are still at the bachelor weekend so I have to get some chores done.

Trudy new babies are always stressful for new parents. But glad for the most part that things are going well!

Laurie how sweet your son left your ice cream. Enjoy today!

Phylis a swaying house does not sound fun even if that is what it is built to do. Coming back from vacations is always a bit of a downer.

Chris enjoy the time at the lake. Looks like tomorrow is more rain so enjoy the sun today!

Have a great day all!

Laurie what a beautiful phot of that waterfall!

Glad you got through the storm Phylis and that doesn't sound great such a wind.

To bad the hockey season is almost over Nancy.

Great to hear your still enjoying your time with your grandson Trudy!

Smart bears Chris, I hope your morning glories will grow again!

We've had a wonderful weekend with a lot of sun, I went to the playground with the kids, they played and I read a book.
I didn't cook both days, one day we had fries with snacks and today we got dinner from an aunt :)
