Another quick drive by... Soooo freaking much to do today, but with a little help from my friend, Mr. Coffee I think I can do it!

Scott and Leah got off to the prom and they looked fabulous together! I left my camera with Leah's mom since her's stopped working so I don't have any pics to share yet.

Hope that you all have a fab day and hope to be back later to chat!!!

I just skimmed through yesterday's posts and I just have to send huge hugs to you Sara. What a horrible thing for that baby to pass away. That breaks my heart. Hang in there, and if you ever need a shoulder, I have one for you.

It's already afternoon, so amazing no one but Chris here.

Had a marathon day yesterday taking my sister to dr. appt., six stores and the cemetery. I was gone almost exactly 8 hours and my knee hurt like crazy. Sometimes it seems like I'm almost as bad off as she is.

I got silk flowers to update our door wreath to a summery look and will work on that soon while soccer is on TV.

Hope you're all having a great flag day in the US and great weekend everywhere.

Hi Jean! I was feeling like the Crazy Old Cat Lady, mumbling to myself in here for a while

The best news ever-- I finished my parents book, and maybe it will be here in time *fingers crossed* By the time I finished it, I was drained! 20 pages in a little over 2 weeks. I am not made for that :ranger:

Happy Father's Day to all of the Dads in your lives. We are doing nothing here. I think Cait is going to try a healthy version of Fettuccine Alfredo and I am going to make homemade bread in the bread machine. That is it.

If it warms up, I would love to go to the lake for an hour or so, but first I need to pay bills and get my food shopping list prepped.

PS: "Good" news on the Lyme front-- I feel like crap! Tired and everything hurts. :D But it means that being back on the IV is working. Bad, very very bad news, is that I start tindamax today and you all know how much I HATE that!!!! I'll try to be nice as I can this week so I don't scare anyone away.

Jean, that sounds like a very long day for you. Can you wear a knee brace at all when you have to do that much walking. When my ankle acts up and I am cleaning, I wear an ankle brace just to give it a little bit of support. And if that doesn't work-- advil. Lots of advil.
Feel better today!

Chris, for some reason it looks like just us this weekend!

Wish your meds would be kind to you, but know you have to have them all.
Thanks for the brace idea. I'm going to have to get serious about this knee as Friday was the worst so far. Today it's pretty good though.
