Its a snowy day here in NJ! Are any of you getting the snow too?

It is also Nana Linda's birthday!! Happy birthday to you!

I have to get off the computer an dget inthe shower. I have a houseful of teens asleep upstairs. i honestly don't even know what the final count is. No matter, I love having everyone here, I love seeing my kids happy and if it costs me $40 in pizzas, so be it! LOL

HAHAHA!! birthdays don't bother me.....it's just a number....I acutally feel pretty impressed with myself to have made it this far :hurt:


No big plans.....my Mom and Dad want to take us out to eat.....that's about it...




......Mike did tell me last night that I can get me a new camera......he said he wants to me to have what I want since it's my hobby......................uuuuhhhmmmm.......can anyone tell where this might be leading????? I have a very good feeling that there will be a new cross bow in our future too ......I will just sit back an wait :pop2: ....but for now :cheer2: I am going shopping this week!!! I won't wait for him to change his mind!! :pound:




Well....I need to jump in the shower too....I have to run to Walmart and take Jesse to a birthday party at 11:00

I'm :sick: - just thought I'd check in. Behind with all CT work, and of course ... all CTs gone crazy and there's ton of stuff to do. That's what you get for not turning on your puter for a couple of days.

At least I have my 90210 DVDs ;)
 
morning all - Chris- we had snow- a whopping 2-3 inches and tomorrow it will be 45 degrees so all gone- guess I better get my snow pics today.
Nana- enjoy your new camera hunting!

Today, dance, visit with friends- he had a rough fall, shingles and surgery, results of biopsy of polyps found in surgery were cancer- updated testing this week- very rare form that does not do well with chemo or without- but dr still trying to figure out specific type of cancer. Say a prayer for this couple.
 
Snow in Iowa as well. But not much and should melt soon. Just helping me to get in the mood for my trip in 3 weeks and 6 days. ;-)

Linda, didn't you just get a new camera? What kind are you looking for?

Eva, sorry to hear that you are sick. Not fun!

Not too much on the plate here...nephew's basketball last night (1000 points for his career and baseball is his best sport so proud aunt here), Syd and Shaun have basketball today and Syd has soccer tomorrow. Plus baseball signups for Shaun. And, of course, counting the days until my trip. (Can you tell that I'm excited!)
 
8" of the white stuff. happily (for me) i have given up snow shoveling. i found that it was turning into another something that was "my job." i once shoveled half of my entire street because the snow plow didn't come, just so hubby could get up the street when he came home from work. snort...THOSE days are gone. every man for himself!

i keep saying i'm going to clean house. i didn't do it AGAIN yesterday. today for sure! maybe....

Laurie, that's terrible about your friend. i have been hearing SO many stories about people who had rashes of some sort, then found out that they had some sort of cancer.

Linda, no snow where YOU're going, right? it must be fun to anticipate the trip!

Chris. countless teenagers. are you NUTS!? but i guess it's nice when the kids want to all be at YOUR house!

for me today is semi FANTASTIC!!!! i stepped on the scale today and i've dropped like 6lbs in the last week....i just stopped drinking pop a week ago...WOOT!!! i was so happy to see the number i saw LOL haven't seen it in a while haha
 
Morning Ladies... late getting in here today, its :rain: for us today, so it should take care of all the snow we had for the last couple of days. Actually seeing patches of blue sky as I look out my window, it sure would be great to see the sun again!! Not much happening here today. I have to get started on ripping apart a couple of fur coats to make teddy bears for my SIL's mother, she wants five of them, hope I can get that many from two coats!!

Chris - Glad that your kids still want to hang at your house!! At least you know where they are and what they are doing right?

Phylis - I am with you on the snow shovelling!! You are right its every man for himself! :pound: I probably wouldn't do it right or up to my hubby's standard anyway so why try??

Kiliki - Woo Hoo on the weight loss, I remember those days when I was younger and it didn't take much to lose weight. Now my metabolism is almost non existent and it takes a whole lot of work to even lose 1 pound. :noidea:
