:high5:
It is Friday and I get to take a nice loooong shower saran wrap free!!!
Wheeeee! I did get my PICC pulled yesterday. She agreed totally that it wasn't good that it was getting sluggish so much and my lymph nodes in that arm were enlarged. My arm feels weird. It's a bit sore at the insertion site, but to not feel the tubing and dressings, it's just odd. So that was the good news. The not as good news is that she wants me back on the Bicillan shots which are intramuscular and hurt like the devil. But that will only be once a week providing I can get prior authorization for that.If not, I have to pay out of pocket and I'll probably only do that every other week.
I have to say how happy that I am about my kids. Cait is just really enjoying the school year so far. She loves her creative writing class/teacher. And she has to have a "Flour Baby" in her Child Development class and can't wait to go to the thrift store to get it some clothes. She wants to name her Charley. Or Corn Flower and make it a Hippie Flower Child. That girl cracks me up!
She told me this morning that she is really proud of herself that she is talking to people, and feels like she is where she belongs. You all probably remember my posts about how she hated school, didn't want me to make her go and begged to be homeschooled. This is just soooooo incredible and makes my heart so happy!
Today I just have to finish cleaning up the kitchen and LR, easy peasy. Tomorrow, I can start cooking the stuff that needs to be done for the party. And I even have time to go to a friend's house for a little girls get together.
Dare I say it? Life is good!!!!!!!!!!
Finish it Friday:
I am doing a LO for an OCt challenge that I am totally loving!
Hugs to all of you!!!!!
