I need sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep! I am so tired! I cannot keep this up and I don't know how to make it stop. 3 am this morning. I put another sleep meditation on and went through the entire thing and could not get my brain to settle. I finally got a little more sleep but I feel distraught. I was hopeful that spending time outside in the fresh air would have helped. At least I felt better when I was out there. I took down all of the morning glory vines and clipped back some of the irises and lilies. I attempted to find all of the dog poop under the leaves. I know that I didn't and will step in it at some point in time. Such is life with three dogs and lots of trees *wink*

Cait asked me to proofread her paper from the interview that she did of our neighbor. It was really neat to learn some things that I hadn't known about him. He is such a character. :)

I have nothing to do today. I mean, I have stuff to do and I don't want to do anything. I have to keep myself busy. I am missing my parents something awful. My mom and I were talking about Christmas a bit and it is *killing* me. I know that the next few months are going to be very hard to get through. I should start using my light therapy lamp again. You all know how much I hate winter and how SAD really affects me. I have to scrounge up all of my mental resources *now* and make a plan. I know all of this logically. But I am so tired..........

Please, does anyone have any suggestions of how to help? :(
Ugh ugh ugh.

PS: I am worried about Caitlyn's immune system, it is in total overdrive, she is waking up with hives and the meds aren't helping. She needs more bloodwork and she can't get a flu shot until the hives are under control. She hasn't really had them under control in years. What if this means she can't get a COVID vax if/when it is ready? What if Gary can't since he now has three autoimmune disorders?

OMG, I need sleep.

I am so sorry for dumping all of this on you. Again.

Trudy- your swimming made it into one of my dreams last night-- I dreamed that I was swimming in a pool that was shaped like an auditorium. We had to sweep off sand (???) with a small broom/dustpan before we went in. To get from one level of the pool to the next, there were wooden walls with small doors that you had to push through and I was worried that I wasn't going to fit and drown. I am still gaining weight and am unhappy with that so I guess that's the connection there. Not sure where the sand came from, however!

Nancy- Your walk sounds like it was wonderful, seeing nature and sunshine. How adorable for the dog to be hanging outside with his owner. The weather has been beautiful. Not today, but at least we had 2 nice days.
yay for getting tax money back even if it is b/c you overpaid before. McMorans! That is adorable!!
Thank you so much for sharing your dreams, it is relieving to know that I am not the only one dealing with the messed up brain at night. It makes sense where yours came from and what a sad story about the boy.

Trudy- I know how much you must be missing your kids too, I hope that am not making you feel down every time I go on and on about missing my family.
yay for haorcut and color! Mine is now officially a year since I had it last done. It shows. hahaha!!
That is too bad that you couldn't get a kickboard locally, it has to be harder this time of year to get pool items. Enjoy swimming today!! Don't get stuck in any underwater doorways :pound:

Cheryl- my mom called at 8 pm last night and Scott came running into the room, worried that something was wrong. My family knows that no one ever calls me after 8 pm- that is one area that we are *very* different!
TTYS!

Morning ladies... I have to be quick in here today. I have been on face time with Heather and Hunter most of the morning and now I need to get my things together for my swim today! I am so excited to be back at the pool, but kind of nervous about it too! I hope that everything goes smoothly and I don't feel unsafe! I started to work on my challenge page yesterday, so hopefully I will get that finished at some point later today. I also have to pick up my grocery order after my swim, so it will be good to have that all done in one trip.

Chris - Ugh that is horrible that you are not sleeping well! Have you tried to stay up a bit later than normal, sometimes that helps me. You do not make me feel down when you talk about your kids, I love to hear about your great kids! It makes me have faith that there are still some really great people out there!! So funny that you had the dream about swimming and what is with the crazy doors you had to swim out of. I think maybe the sweeping of the sand with a small broom and dustpan is your wanting to get back to your cleaning jobs. Don't worry about your weight my friend, I have put on about 10 pounds since this dam COVID pandemic and am blaming it on lack of exercise and the fact that happy hour seems to get earlier and earlier LOL. It will come off once things return to some sort of normal. I am hoping that my getting back to swimming will help! Not ready to give up my happy hour just yet, so that is not helping me out LOL.

Cheryl - Hope that you are having a great day and that things are going smoothly with the building of your new home!

Rae - Hello my mainland friend! I am happy to hear that you are starting to feel less pain, sure hope that soon you will be pain free! Glad that the flood did not do any real bad damage, nice that your DH will be cleaning up and getting everything back to normal again! Nice that you could get outside and take a few shots, you always have such amazing photos!! Getting back into the pool might be just the thing you need to for our back, weightless exercise is alway a good thing! Swimming laps uses just about every muscle in your body. I think that is why I love it so much!

Ok I better get things ready, I don't want to be late for my first day back, they might not let me in LOL. Have a great Friday everyone!

Good evening all.

Trudy, glad you got to FT with Heather and Hunter. I FT almost everyday with some of my kids/gks.

Chris, you and your dreams. What do you eat before you go to bed? LMAO

Yes, we're quite different - my family knows that they can visit/call/text until at least midnight. LOL

Ava and I had a great day - she took me to a place she calls "Prayer Rock" - we had to park off a road, climb over a guard rail and trek through a field with hardly a real path to get to it. It was magnificent! Over looked the Fort Gibson River and the dam. We got some awesome pictures - the locals come up there and paint graffiti the rocks - it's quite unusual. We ate our lunch up there and thoroughly enjoyed our day together. I'm sure you'll see some of our pictures on future layouts.
