Friday the 13th's have never been "bad days," most times they are good ones.
This one-- ooooh boy, it is 7 am and I am trying very hard to keep my s*** together. I am so sorry for bringing my negativity into this space yet again, but I just have to say how much I HATE F-ing DT. HATE. To the very core of my being and I don't think that I have ever said or felt this way about anyone or anything. Yeah, I hate ticks and Lyme Disease but we are like BFFs in comparison. It honestly scares me how much I despise him. I will try to keep this brief, so in one sentence he has blown up the Affordable Care Act on 2 different fronts yesterday. There will be a good chance that I will not be able to afford a freaking lick of insurance. Possibly by next month.
Yesterday was a long day, but it was nice to be at myMILs. They are on vacation so I was on my own. It is always so much easier to clean other people's houses.
But when I got home, Gary said that Jaida has loose stool with blood in it, so I ran a sample to the vet. The tech said that was actually very common to happen after Giardia treatment and said it wasn't necessary to run any tests. J and W are now on a rice and boiled chicken diet for a couple of days and then we will see how they are doing after that. All three dogs will need a second round of the Panacur, instead of just Whisky.
Scott's possible car had a couple of things that needed to get taken care of the owner said that he would take care of everything except the rear brakes since they had at least another 5K miles on them. So if all goes as planned, he should have a new car in a few days.
Today, Cait and I are off to Planned Parenthood for her to get her annual exam. Good thing I love to sit and wait in Dr's offices.
I also must get an appt with my breast surgeon ASAP and that bone density test in case I don't have coverage soon. And a well-care check up... What else can I squeeze into the next month???
I better remember that I need to make gravy today. Tomorrow is the Mourning Tea and I am bringing ravioli and homemade sauce in honor of my grandparents. Thanksgiving in an Italian Family has a first course of beef and pasta soup, second course-- ravioli, and then who cared about the turkey after that?
Hope that all of you have a wonderful day! Please send good vibes my way. I need them
