If I survive today, I am going to be thrilled. Just let me make it long enough to dinner time...
My day yesterday was not so good. There were a few glimmers of maybe a bit of positive movement on my health insurance issues. I called the Marketplace first to see when I might hear about the results from the caseworker. That "good" news was that it could take up to 30 days to be reviewed/decided and nope, there is no way to escalate the escalation. The second call was with a caseworker. I don't think that he knew that I had called over to the Marketplace earlier, but is now trying to get in touch with the State program to see what is happening on their end. He was going to call me back in the afternoon, but well... You know.
On the bright side, he seemed to know what he was talking about more than some of the other people I have dealt with the past week and a half.
In the afternoon, J threw up a couple of times. Just a tiny bit, and had some grass in it. But then has been throwing up a lot more. Her stomach is grumbling and there is now blood in it. I am officially worried. I was concerned in the afternoon, but was taking a wait and see- but seeing blood in it is not a good sign at all.
I was supposed to be meeting my BFF for coffee this morning. I haven't seen her in over 2 months. Bu know I have to get the Brick of a Dog to the vet. I know she is going to be really unhappy, she hates the vet. As soon as I post this, I am going to have to get in the shower and give them a call. This afternoon, if the throwing up in under control I have to steam clean these carpets so the blood doesn't stain.
It never ends, does it?
So that is me and my cheery mood. I am such a freaking happy person. /s
Sending all of you love!
xoxo
