I am so excited, I get to babysit my godson tonight! I miss my little guy so very much. I have my camera battery all charged up and ready to get some pics. I hear he is crawling now. Love that little one.

I was just out to the compost and I got two signs the winter is here: 1. the compost was frozen and 2. hail! That's almost snow LOL

Friday - that means shopping with my sister and tonight - Swedish Idol on TV. Other plans: pork chops + potatoe gratin for dinner .... and I really MUST get some CT work done.

No major plans for the weekend ... just staying home, being a family. Best kind of weekends :)
 
Yeah it's Friday, I'm so ready to get through this day and have a day off.......

Chris - enjoy that little one, they are just too cute at that age.
Eva - sounds like one of those weekends I totally enjoy....;>)
 
Friday, and it's chilly at the beach today - high 50s. I think Dick will pass on his bike riding since we have plans to go to Savannah today. I will even take my sweater but it will be great weather for walking around and just looking at the beauty of the city.

A good lunch there and then back 'home' to Hilton Head.

BRRRRR!!!! it's 25 degrees outside!! the poor guys up on the roof must be frozen. it must be really hard working outside on days like this. it SNOWED a little here yesterday as i drove home from the city. not in the forecast, of course. really, exactly WHAT are weathermen for?

i have a little of this and that to do today. my favorite sort of day.zigzagging up and down the road, running errands and referring to my Stick-um note frequently.

all this talk of snow!!! IIIICCCKKK!!!

Anyway.....More work on the bathroom going on this weekend....and I plan to finish cleaning out the downstairs....I have the laundry/storage room to go through and back into my craft/junk room....all the junk is gone from in there now, but I need to clean out all the craft stuff....most of it doesn't get used anymore...soooooo I am finally going to say goodbye to most of it :(

Happy Friday! Day is half over, dd has been to the dentist, had her four big molars sealed against future cavities, we had a 'parent's café' at 8am in Kindergarten and just finally got lunch over with. I am BEAT. and it's only quarter to three? yipes!

Hope you all enjoy your fridays, visits with babes, time with family and have wonderful weekends!!
 
Good morning ladies... Hooray for Friday!!! Short day for work today and then employee shopping night for us 25% discount on everything in the store and then with our staff accounts another 15% off. Christmas shopping hopfully will get mostly done, we sell more than just hardware, our store has beautiful giftware and houseware too.

Chris - lucky you, you get to babysit your sweet little one! I am jealous!!

Eva - Our compost lid has been frozen a couple of times too, hope you get your CT work done!

Fran - hope your work day goes by quickly, enjoy your day off!!

Maureen - Have a nice drive home and drive safely!! Looking forward to seeing your pictures all done up in layouts!!

Donna - staying at home and doing nothing is one of my favorite things to do, sounds like heaven to me!!! Hope you get some mojo going for your layouts!!

The car is loaded with the final load for the garage sale .... bye bye scrapbook/craft stuff... good riddance my ehd and laptop is easier to carry.

I'm headed to the movies to see Breaking Dawn....

Last night I watched Jana's last class and it was indeed awesome - I'm off to learn all the new stuff and play this weekend - hope you all have a great weekend too! New info available via her blog soon 2nd part class will be in January you need the first class to take the 2nd entire series will repeat.... Blending and beyond time frame = February

Linda - I'm still cleaning my basement .... trying to get everything "put" away and/or headed to Goodwill. Good luck with your project.... as you go through a box .... smile and say did Debbie get one done too.... not a race .... just a friendly smile as the box pile looks like it will win.... mine is getting better I can see floor space/rooms in the upstairs after my year long project but the basement still has a long way to go. My kid brother sings 98 boxes on the wall .... Debbie moves them in the hall 98 boxes still on the wall.... My friend Tina said 1 box a day ... pretty soon it won't look so bad she was right!

BIg news I am out of the casket..... for everyones future reference... I needed to turn my pc off and on.... not just a restart! Thanks everyone for your help!
 
Not much going on here today...trying to keep my two youngest from driving us all crazy and just holing up inside to stay warm. I keep reminding myself it's going to get MUCH colder than this but still...

ahh friday FINALLY.....weekend YES!!! im so in need of some extra sleep!! after being up all night saturday night and tuesday night...blah...thanks to being sick!! ugh...i dont think i've ever been sick this long...just seems like its one long thing cause i was sick saturday/sunday then again tuesday til now....still battling this cold or whatever...nyquil has been my best friend at night LOL just been cleaning my house other than being sick...cleaning out my basement organizing things i now have TWO completely empty rooms!! yay....soon to be filled up tho haha
