Are you all with me??? :humble:
Its Scott's birthday today! Happy birthday to my fav. son ever!LOL
I swear, I think Mom's need ti get some appreciation on birthdays too. I mean, seriously- I pushed for *four* hours and no drugs with him. (See, he was stubborn from the very start!!!)
Maybe that is why I am always so tired?I have been feeling really bad- still- I came home from work yesterday- crashed- I was literally in bed at 5:30 pm and asleep by 6. Slept through til 5am this morning, and am still tired and achy.
But I am trying- gotta be happy for my boy
Oh man Laurie- I am going to have to call you Sally Jr.!!! Just reading that makes me want to go back to bed
Were you able to get everything done? I am glad that you left your work stuff at work, at least
Nana Linda- How was the zoo? I like some zoos- not all. There is one up by me that I refuse to go to. The animals are kept in horrible tiny cages. I like the "natural" habitat style ones best. But as long as the animals are treated with care and respect, its all good. There is a small zoo by my parents house in PA- its kept quite nice even tho it is small. We took the kids there last Memorial Day weekend- what a difference taking 11/13 year olds rather than little ones- totally different experiences (and a lot more interest in how and when animals poo:twitch
But i bet you had fun- lots of pictures I hope!!
Oil spill- this breaks my heart every day. The animals and the people lives lost and life's works being ruined. All of the land and eco-systems..... tragic....
And to hear that this could have been preventable.....:blabla:
I live in NJ and yes, the NJ shore is a huge part of our economy, but I would so prefer to see a wind farm off the coast then an oil rig and potential spill.
(oops-- would some one please hide the soap box from me??? )
Trudy- I really need a vaca... can I come and visit you and help you plant stuff????
Hi Clara!! Hope your day went smoothly!
Laurie- can't wait to see the photos!
