TGIF! (I think....) its seems like the days just run together now. Without school and Gary not working, its all smooshed in my head!

We are having out town's 4th of July fireworks tonight. Not sure if we are going to see them or not. They had to be postponed b/c a bear charged a dog and hiker in the park where they hold them. The state closed the area until they caught and euthanized the bear. You might have seen the post on my FB page- the bear was a mom, the dog was off leash and she had 3 6 month old cubs. The mom was 188 lbs- Gary is bigger than that- she was just a baby! And the state "hopes" that the cubs can be ok on their own. Oh it just makes me crazy! (See avi for more of how I feel LOL)

Anyway- I am off to work at MIL's today. Cait is coming with me so she can finish a quilt top she is sewing for returning vets who are now amputees. (Don't get me started on *that* too!!:rant:) Anyway- they are making flag lap quilts, and a friend of MIL's is going to be distributing them to local vets.

And in good news from the Gulf.....oh.....wait.....

But on to good things!!! It is Friday! The NJ heatwave is supposed to "break" a bit and stay in the low 90's. The sun is shining now, but hopefully some t-storms later.

Gotta make it a good one!!

Clara- did you cry in Toy Story? I haven't seen, but I hear everyone cries LOL Good luck with the homeschool stuff, you def. have a great adviser in our Miss Sally:)

Trudy- a walk over O-Time?? Gah!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL I know, I was having a fit myself, I so wanted to come check the forum out, and it was down :(

Laurie- hahahah! I am sorry but the visual of your computer being in the corner..... too funny. But I am sorry that it keeps acting up on you. Maybe you need a :whip:

Andrea- that is a really rough way to find out that info. But maybe it is a blessing in disguise. Like Clara said, now you know what direction to work on to get the proper services for Genny. I guess your OB appt went well? Hope it was!!

Ok ladies- gotta go scoop litter boxes, yay fun!!!!

Good morning.....another drive by for me.....getting things ready to go to the water park today!! the kids are beyond excited!!! The county built a rec center not far from our house and it has all kinds of activities...and the Water Splash is the outdoor part...a water slide park...and if you live in the county it only costs $7....I was totally surprised by that!!! YAY!!!

Morning Ladies... I am up and ready to start the day, had breakfast with DH :hungry: although I had a terrible :sleep: but that is not unusual for me. I have :brushteeth: and ready to head out the door for my morning walk.
It's going to be another scorcher of a day here...love it:thumb:

Nana Linda...Have a great day at the Water Park, wow good price for admission! You will be worn out when you get home I am sure :faint:.

Chris...Have a great day at your MIL's! So sad that they are killing the bears, can't they just capture and release them somewhere else where they won't hurt anyone. Poor things, we have taken over all of the living space that once belonged to the wild animals, it also makes me so:rant:.

The water park sounds like great fun! Can't wait to see some pics!

Oh Chris, sounds sad about the bear. We have a black bear running around in Iowa which is VERY unusual for us. He got into a town and they just tranquilized him and took him back into the woods. I like our plan better than yours.
