Delayed opening here for school- we didn't (thanks goodness!) get as much snow as they had predicted. I kinda wanted to sleep in/stay in bed this morning. I didn't sleep much at all last night and when I did, I was dreaming about dogs peeing on carpets.:shock:

I was supposed to start cleaning today, but I am goign to try to clean up my own home a bit, pay bills, organize tax info and look up some info on some specialists for Cait- she needs to see a Ped. orthopedist and an ENT. Oh and a Ped. Cardiologist too. Th eone we used to see is not in our new plan :( yay fun!!:bounce:

.... then I get to rest.

Posting this now, have to get kids up, then off to shovel.....

blerg! i just got the kids up, and looked outside- it is still snowing. I wonder if the school is going to call again or not...they have abiut 1 more hour to make a decision.....
 
Personals from yesterday...

Laurie- mmmm! Meatballs! I haven't made meatballs and gravy (Italian -- so gravy = red sauce LOL) in a long long time. Now I have a craving!
That is too funny about finding that project. I bet I have a bunch of those all over the house, in hiding. Hope you have a great day today.

K-Bamm! You have to take it easy! Did you have a C-section? Or just "regular" stitches? Seriously lady- don't make me come out to you and have to yell! Nothing matters except feeding and cuddling with that baby. I love the avi pic!!
And no worrying either- babies don't eat that much in the first few days, but they will go through growth spurts when you feel like a milk cow and all you do is nurse, every hour on the hour :D

Trudy-- I looooove it!!!!! LO *and* watch! This past trip was Gary's first ever when he didn't buy a watch. Mickey is just the cutest thing LOL

Good luck with your cat- as you know, I have lots of experience with those kinds of messes.....

morning all - it is sub zero here- so I need to get showered and dried before I head out the door. Bet lots of kiddo cancels today- more paperwork catch up time! Maybe dance tonight- will see how the day goes.

Cait was dressed, Scott was in the shower, and I was in the middle of getting dressed/ready to shovel.... then the call comes, no school. We have used 4 of 7 built in snow days since Jan 3rd!

HI girlies!!

Chris.....I saw NJ on the news about MORE SNOW....You guys have been hit over and over....we have dodged the weather again....I keep thinking that we are going to be paid back for all the misses.....before this winter is over it's going to dump about three feet on us all at one time!!!!

So......TODAY is my birthday...unlike last year....everyone is remembering...my Mom, Traci and Sharon all have called (Sharon's case...brought me a SWEET TEA) to wish me Happy Birthday....Mike is taking me shopping tomorrow...and the whole family is taking me out to eat tomorrow night....NOW...you know I have always said that they never do anything for my birthday..and they don't........I PLANNED THIS!!! :bounce: I called them all up this week and told them "It's my birthday this weekend, and we are all going out to eat"....told them when and where and that they had to be there!!! YAY ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always plan and do for their bdays....so guess I should do my own too :mrgreen: Told them no presents required...just BE THERE!! HAHAHAHA!!!

So this week I have been dealing with Traci issues....the weekend was horrible......she has been spiraling since way before Christmas...BAD....and she crashed and burned on Sunday night....BAD.....I won't go into details....but if any of you ever have dealt with Manic Depressives...you know that the spiraling is bad enough and drives everyone crazy...but the crash and burn is brutal!!!! I had the kids for a few days....She sounded much better yesterday, and the poor thing is sick today with a stomach bug. YUCK.....

Morning Ladies... :rain: here again today. Off to work later on and then three days off, horray!! Monday I finally go to get my splints for my jaw troubles. sure hope they work, this soft diet is killing me and I cannot lose any weight with all the dairy that I am eating. Really have to start excercising more!! I think I must have walked 1000 miles at Disney, did not gain any weight on holidays, but did not take any off either. I am thinking that I should start a blog, but not sure which is the best one to do, any suggestions?? don't know why I want to do this as I barely have time to get in here in the mornings, I have to get more organized with my time.

Chirs that is too funny about your dreams last night, because I had dreams all night about the cat throwing up all over the house last night. Darn animals, keeping us up all night cleaning!!!! :pound: Too bad the school did not phone a little earlier, you all could have slept in a bit more!!

Nana Linda - Happy Birthday again sweetie!! I hope that the troubles with your traci soon get better, I don't know what it is like to deal with manic depression, but I am sure it is very hard on all of you, gentle :hug: to you and your family!! I know that you told them no presents for your birthday, but I hope you lots of them anyway!!

Laurie - hope you have a great day and get lots of paper work caught up, keep warm, it sounds like you are in the deep freeze zone!

smooches to everyone today!!! I'm here...kinda in lurking mode because my house is a wreck and I can't seem to get on top of it!!

I'm still happy it's Friday, though!! And Mr Gorgeous is home for the weekend, then he'll be back to traveling Monday to Illinois...I'm taking Cora, Quentin and four other teenagers to Austin for their Youth and Government State Conference NEXT weekend. It's exciting! I love traveling, and these kids are the cream of the crop! Might be loud in the car, but it will still be fun!! :) And the good news is that when we come back on Sunday, Mr G doesn't have to travel that next week!! *whew* I'm in that..."i'm good with him traveling" stage now (finally!), but when I'm gone, too, I need my Mr G time...for SUre!!!

I'm off to meet a friend for lunch. We are talking about the Women's ministry at our church, so it should be super fun!

Good afternoon ladies!!!

Everything is going great so far over here. I'm a wee bit on the emotional side but all is well. I have never been so thankful for Mario has I was last night. He was amazing. He made me sleep and he staid up with the baby all night. It seemed like all Kaylyn wanted to do last night was eat and poop!

I feel very refreshed so I'm going to scrap today. I'll post them as soon as I'm done =]

Quick fly by!!!! I'm a on roll today, even though I'm still coming out of my benedryl induced haze.

Sooooo... my good news?!?!?! I'm now selling at twolittlepixels!!! My shops at PDW and 2LP will have completely different items, 2LP is more focused on photographer tools, cu stuff, and templates -- but I'm also selling kits there. PDW is all kits and paper packs.

I'm off to go wish Jeff and good evening and work and get back to designing!
