No -- not seriously? The 20th?? Already?
Look at it this way- closer and closer to spring....
Maybe once the weather is warm I will not feel so tired and achy.
I am hurting today. And today i have to clean my my client- haven't been there in a month....it is gonna be a long time there. Love this lady- she is so sweet, but not much of a housekeeper. LOL

I am feeling brain dead- so I am not going to say much at all....

LindaP- hope that you had a nice visit with your dd!

ME- yup- so happy for the weekend!

Clara- good for you for joining Relay for Life. Good luck with it!

Kelly- wow! That is a great deal!!

Hugs Sally!

*wraps Sandra tight*

Dawn- I am so glad that you got it all out. That is what we are here for.

Love to you all!

tee hee- I love reading my horror-scopes
It's important to show a cheerful face today, even if you have serious issues on your mind. But this doesn't mean you should try to avoid your more somber feelings, either. Your best strategy is to be aware of the duality; your outside and inside are simply reading off different scripts now and there's no need to fit the two sides of your personality into one tidy package. It should get easier throughout the day and then the dilemma will just fade away.
Soooo here is my cheerful face
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

good morning! I woke up with a terrible headache this morning... of course I went to bed with one too... yesterday was just so stressful, and I was terribly hurt and upset about the fact that my mom and sister didn't call me... I'm still hurt and upset... talking to Mom about it last night didn't help either since she took the blame for it... when does my 32 year old sister have to take responsibility for her actions?
I did however let mom know they were welcome to come tonight if they wanted, that I'd said it out of anger, but knowing my sister she didn't do anything wrong, its all MY fault and she won't come... anyhoo - as you can see my mood isn't any better *sigh*

Not much going on today... I'm gonna try to help Will's teacher today... and then I'll go to the hospital this afternoon after I get Matthew down for a nap and Will home from school...

hope everyone had a great Friday!

hiya everyone,

anyways other than that not a whole lot going on today, gotta go to work and then my partner has his kids tonight, so a houseful it is :)

I probly wont get much online time or scrap time but its all go ....mostly picture time LOL

chris- i cant hardly believe that feb is almost over...I swear the months are just flying by!! spring here we come

Sandra- hang in there girl, keep your chin up , your a strong woman:)

Everyone else that drops in have a great weekend!

Good morning O Family!! :) Just a quick check in this morning .... we are on our way to our first dance competition this morning ... provided I don't string them up before we actually get out of the house. Ohhhh the hormones are running HIGH HIGH HIGH this morning. Originally it was just Lacey, Danielle and I going but we decided last night to bring Olivia along .. ;) She is soooooo excited to be coming with the big girls. !! Actually I think she is more excited to stay in the hotel and go swimming ;) We are going to Toronto area ... and it's snowing quite nicely this morning ... ugh!! They are dancing at Canada's Wonderland .. the original venue was cancelled due to fire regulations at the last minute.

Have a great weekend alll ... I will be back late Sunday night or Monday ;)

morning everyone!!! Today is my new day for the week...weigh in didn't really go as I had planned it, although only I am to blame for it!! up .5 lbs...it's only .5...for that I'm grateful! But it never fails...the weeks I don't track my food, I gain! and I traded weight loss for girl scout cookies!! ugh!! they are just not worth it right now!! I know I'm gaining muscle, too, so that will add to it, too!! AND i'm really excited about this week's challenge of sleeping!! (for those not on the Healthy Os, we are challenged weekly, and this week's misc challenge is to sleep 8 hours a night. I'm not sure I've even gotten 6 in each night this week.

SOOooooo the great news is that Mr Gorgeous is in the air as I type! He should be landing in two hours and then I have him for 5 weeks!!!!!!!!!! can you believe?????? wow!!! One friend told me I'll soon get sick of him...I was like, "i don't think so!!" LOL!! Hopefully, that will help me to get my 8 hours!! LOL!!!

I'm treating today like a Monday...with a weekend to boot!! yay!! Here's the other exciting thing!! We are going this afternoon to Austin, about 3 hours away, and staying the night. Quentin has a gymnastics meet tomorrow early, so we are really looking forward to it! He should do well!! he's perfected a couple of things since his last meet, so he is excited!! And I'm excited to be on the road!! LOVE road trips!! *sigh* with mr gorgeous...doesn't get any better!!

okay...could I use anymore exclamation points??? time to whip up a little mini hybrid book for a blog tut (cuttlebugchallenge.blogspot.com) it'll be up tomorrow morning! and time to get those kiddos going!!! there is still school today!! If they would only learn that...ahahahahahah

Chris, take it easy and have some wine tonight compliments of me!

Sandra, HUGS...sometimes, our siblings just don't want to grow up! love you anyway!

Alicia, so glad some tips are working for ya! keep working at it! You are a terrific mom!

KRISTA!!! yay for Olivia! Enjoy that INDOOR pool!!! hope you find the wonderland OKAY!!! Love ya!!

*waving to Kat*

Have a wonderful restful Friday, everyone!! Love you all!!

Hey ladies! Long time no chat! ;)

We had such a busy, busy week, and I am looking forward to a lazy-ish weekend. At the last minute Eric decided me and the kids needed to come with him to IL's tonight and spend the night, so there goes some of my relaxation - spent on packing. lol Oh well. I'm taking my laptop and going to scrap with a glass of wine tonight!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

Jacob and Boden had their last evaluation today to see if they qualify for speech therapy. It is so hard to hear that my special miracle twins are delayed in speech, but, I know it is for the best that I contacted the specialists in the first place. Another reason I follow my mommy gut constantly. With these boys ... it has saved their life, so I just continue to follow my instinct even when others tell me I'm overreacting. Anyway, we will find out soon if they get therapy.

Sally - 5 weeks with YMG!!!!!!!!! Amazing girl!!! Enjoy it!

Krista - have a FAB time! Drive safe and can't wait for all the phenomenal pics!

Sandra - big, big hugs girl.

Chris - big, gentle hugs. And, I'm looking forward to spring as well. Ugh.

Alicia - I have child attitude issues as well, but it is my 4 year old daughter. I told my hubby last night that sometimes I hate going into public with her, as she rarely listens to me and I feel so embarrassed. Ugh. It is so hard.

Hi Kat!!! :)

Good morning!! I was so glad it was Friday, until I realized my weekend will not be even remotely relaxing. DH has to work his civilian job this week. Awesome money but that leaves me at home with all the kids. Thankfully we have a lot going on this weekend which will make it easier. Friday is a good day though because it is free coffee day. Whoohoo!!! Although the coffee shop next door to my work has had "stimulus mochas" for $2. Can't beat that.

So, tomorrow will be fairly busy. Our church has a group for the young boys called Royal Rangers and tomorrow is the pinewood derby. We have a car for Ethan and a car for Cristian. My dh stayed up last night to get them all ready and moving fast. Last year Ethan's race car didn't move very fast at all but he had a show car that was awesome. It was an old police car that had a light and everything. It was pretty cool. This year I hope his car moves though. Afterward we will go home for naps then head back to the church. It is a big night tomorrow night. Our church has been under construction since last summer/fall. It is by no means complete but complete enough for us to get a tour of the building and see the vision. I have been so excited about the building. It will be great to see what is actually going on inside the construction. I need to find something to write on the walls. So, tomorrow will be busy but it should be a lot of fun.

Chris - I've decided that you need a hot tub. I'd bet that sitting in it at night would warm you up and help take away all those aches and pains. I just wish that deciding you need one would put it in your house. If only life were that simple. So instead I will send you some warm thoughts. Don't work too hard today.

Sandra - Maybe your sister will consider you "even" and be able to move past this. I am so sorry you have to deal with that stress along with everything else you have going on. Big hugs for you.

Alicia - I am glad some of those suggestions helped. I hope more than anything though you found that there is no such thing as perfect parenting and we all just do the best we can. Striving to be better I think shows that you are good parent.

Krista - Have fun at the dance competition. I used to love travelling to gymnastics and diving meets. It was so much fun. Drive safely.

Hi Kat!!

Sally - I am so happy for you that you get YMG home with you. And for 5 weeks? That is fantastic. My dh can make me crazy but when he's not home everything feels off. Have fun at the gymnastic meet. Traveling for meets is always so much fun.

Tali - you snuck right in here. I am all about the mommy instinct. It does save our kids sometimes. I know my mom's mommy instinct saved my life in so many ways. I am thankful everyday that I did not become a drug addict because that is where my life was heading when I was a teenager and my mom was able to see things coming and would always steer my plans off course and make things really hard for me. I see one of my oldest friends who did become a drug addict and is still battling that and am so thankful that my mom followed her gut back then. It is important when they are little in things like speech therapy or doctors visits and it is important as they grow older and start finding themselves. I figure that it is usually better to over react than under react. I hope you get some relaxation time this weekend.

Hey ladies, happy friday!! Not much new here, except that I finished ADSR!! Woot! It was fun. I've got a date with my TIVO tonight. Looking forward to veggin out. :)

Chris - hope you get some rest!

((Sandra))

Hi Kat, Alicia, and Krista!

Sally - I was up too! :( SO, I am in serious need to get back on track with some discipline.

Tali - how did the evaluation go? Hope it went well. The boys will catch up with their speech! You are right to go with your instincts!

Clara - oooh, free coffee!! love that. I had free coffee this am too - from McD's!

Hey girls....

Just got home from running around. Nico had his 1 year dr appt today and all is well except he has to stay on his reflux meds at least another 6 months. It really helps him so I cant complain. We were looking forward to getting him on milk, but the dr. wants us to wait a couple weeks and change up his diet a little and add some extra fiber. Because of the reflux, we have been putting oatmeal cereal in all of his bottles since he was 9 weeks old. (recommended by his gasteroenterologist) - (im sure that is misspelled - sorry for the nitpickers who hate misspelled words ah-hem Sally LOL just kidding!!!) so anyway now that we have weaned him off of the oatmeal cereal from the bottle, he has been having constipation issues for 2 weeks,. (sorry if t.m.i. lol) so anyway we have to get that under control before we do milk. But soon enough. He had his shots and cried for literally 2.5 seconds and that was it!! other than that everything is great and I am thankful for that! My little TANK is 23 lbs!!!!!!

we went for lunch to a friends house who I haven't seen since Nico was 2 months old or so, its sucky that we havent kept in touch because shes an awesome girl, our husbands are police officers in neighboring towns and they have been friends since kindergarten (30 + years) so we had a lunch date / play date and it was nice. We made plans to hangout again next Friday night with our husbands this time so that should be nice. The kids really played nicely.

So......

Chris ) im totally agreeing with Clara. You would prob soak away your muscle aches and totally enjoy a nice hot tub.....I'm taking up a virtual collection lol Wish it was that easy too!! You sooooo deserve it babe!!!

Clara - Hows the laptop? Those stimulus mochas sound yummmmyyyy

ME - congrats on ADSR! Hope you enjoy your Tivo nite and have a nice weekend!

Tali - I agree...... you go with your instincts! You know whats best, and J & B will totally catch up and be fine- they are adorable little peanuts and Don't you worry!!!!!!!!

Sally - Yay for your MG 5 weeks!!! Hope you guys have fun in Austin!!!!

Krista - Have fun sounds like a good time!! Will be waiting for pics!

Sandra Hope your headache has faded, You definitely dont deserve a headache with all of your stress. Thinking of you!!!! (((((HUGS!!!!!!!!)))))

Hi Kat!!! Hi DigiDesignz, and anyone else who pops in!

Happy Friday Ladies!!!!!!!!

Hi all! TGIF :)

What a busy, busy week I had! Started out completely stressed to the max but then it got so busy I didn't have time to be stressed. Now I so tired I barely remember why I was. Tomorrow it's errand day, gotta run around shop for new scrubs for work, groceries, housecleaning, all that fun stuff, then DD Amanda and I are going to go see a movie, probably Confessions of a Shop-a-holic, we read all of the books and loved them. Kind of mindless entertainment but fun. Then I am possibly going out for a girl's night out with a friend of mine if she doesn't bail on me as usual. In between all of that I'll scrap and do laundry, then Sunday is relaxation day
with scrapping, newspaper reading, and tv watching.

Chris-I wish I could take your aches and pains away :(. I hope tomorrow is better for you, try to get some rest.

Sandra-hang in there, I know that seems lame, everybody's thinking about you and your family. Take care of yourself, eat right, try to get plenty of rest and take some time for yourself when you can. I hope your head is feeling better.

Alicia-wow, sounds like a very busy, fun time at your place! Take lots of pics for lots of layouts ;).

Krista-I hope the dance recital goes well, can't wait to hear all about it!

Kat-Hi sweetie!!!

Sally-Have a wonderful time away from home with your MG! I'm happy you'll have him around for 5 wks, lots of photo-ops :).

Tali-Hi! Hope you have a nice time at your IL's. Maybe you'll get some scrapping done. I think the speech therapy will be great for your little guys. There's a lot to be said for mother's instincts, if it hadn't been for mine my DD probably wouldn't be here. Moms know best!

Clara-the pinewood derby sounds like a great time! Take lots of pics so you can show us!

Hi everyone who stops in after :). Hugs to all!
