Think I am happy it is Friday? It has been a long and busy week. A good one, work-wise. But still busy, on my feet every day. Today I am working from home, still in my pj's for now. Scott's tutor is coming so I'll have to get showered and dressed soon, but what a nice change for today, Gary is taking Cait to the bus so I didn't have to run around crazy this morning.

Sandra-- how did Piper's show go?

Andrea- anyone that gives up caffeine voluntarily is INSANE!!!!!
I am so happy for you with Genny's dr. I know how important it is to be heard. Really "heard." We pay through the nose for our Lyme drs, but they are worth every cent. They really do listen and take everything into consideration. That is such a blessing and relief. Its also a great sign that she is not going to be quick to just slap a label on Genny. I hope that everything goes well for you and her.
You must be getting so excited for Quinn to be coming home, I am so happy for you on that too!!!!
Will you get to talk to Vince between now and the holidays? I hope so. I wish I could wave a magic faery wand and have him come home for a few days, but I would guess that hearing his voice would be darn awesome as well.
And congrats, girl, on the money win!!!! Yippeee!

Well...the big SNOW is coming today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forecast says about an inch this afternoon, and when we wake up tomorrow morning there will be 10" and then another 6" tomorrow.....

Our poor little town will be immobilized!!!!!!!!!!!! We have not had snow like that in YEARS!!!!! probably since my girls were very small!!!!

A "good" snow around here is usually about 6" ... and that only happens about once every 3 or 4 years!! We had no snow last year until the first weekend in March...and it was only about 3"....and was mostly melted the next day....

It's not going to melt fast either...we are going to be in a freeze all next week....temps won't be above 30 degrees.........

Ok...I will back in a few...Savannah just got here..need to situate her....and KISS her all over!!
 
Leslie- hope everything went well for you and the ta-ta's. As I kept saying to my mom- early detection is the key. Do you get your mammo read immediately or do you have to wait?

Do you hear an echo in here?;) Well, nice to know that we are all in the same boat...even if that boat is a sinking ship. :p Seriously, glad to have the weekend coming. And Linda, please keep the snow at your place. I need to get some things done this weekend.

eeeew! Yuck LindaW! Snow!! You just made me go check my own weather forecast- 5-10 inches....Blech!!!!!!!

Gary went out and had to spend $50 on ice melt. We got some of the cheap stuff to put out by the cars, but had to to buy the good pet-safe (expensive!!) for the steps and side walk where the dogs go. Poor Harley wiped out a bunch of times over the weekend when we had all of that ice. Her back legs are like mush at this point. Poor old baby-girl...

Waiting for Ayden to get here now...and then I am going to try to clean the playroom!! I had all my kids the other day and they destroyed that room!!! It was so bad that Cameran did not even go back there yesterday...LOL!!! I should have made them help clean up...and I usually do...but you know.....being the Nana and all.....I don't always make them....Besides...they had pulled out EVERYTHING...and I like it organized...I have to clean it up and put it all back where it belongs....

Yeah Chris....I see where this storm is coming your way too!!...It's a BIG ONE!!!!

So.......I am prepared to make chili today......fabulous for the weather coming...and then a pot of Vegetable soup........goodness...I need to be doing my Christmas baking....but I will have loads of time this weekend....I guess I am going wear my apron quite a bit the next few days!!!


Okay....my intention was to leave some love...but I need to run...I will be back later to do that!!

Ohhhhh good morning my darling O fam!! I dunno how i missed the Os completely yesterday!!! Must have been me in the craft room *ahem* i mean "studio" working yesterday!! LOL!!!

So i got today's freebie posted on my blog this morning, and omgosh, girlies!! I had 377 hits on my blog yesterday!! This is sooooo fun!! Thanks for all of your support, for sure!! I'm just having a blast!!

and I just went to Itunes and bought a CELLO CD!!! cn you believe??? I'm such a cello freak...i don't know if you know this, but my mom plays the cello, too. So I grew up listening to all of the classical classics for cello. This morning I was remembering my wedding (which was 18 years ago this coming monday WOOOOOT!!) and I was thinking of a piece of music my cello teacher played during the unity candle and I HAD to have it in my Itunes....so i bought this compilation CD of 33 pieces (Cello Adagios). It just makes me think of my mom and stuff...kinda like eating meatloaf (okay, that totally sounds weird!! LOL!!) anyway, just had to share that while I listen to this FAB music!!

Today, I have to shop! I don't even know what to get my kids...they want expensive stuff and I don't want to spend any money...kwim??? but they are all worth it...I dunno, we'll see if we get a little bonus this year.

okay, rambled enough....I better get going here...MR GORGEOUS will be here TWO HOURS!!! YAY!!!!!!!! i love that man!!

LindaW, I've decided i adore snow in small quantities!! LOL!!! It's been 34 years since I've lived in it, but to watch the kids have sooo much fun was a blast for me. I'm kinda hoping for a Christmas day splash of snow here...I heard a rumor. We'll see!!!and chili tonight sounds marvelous...I'm doing stew!! yay!! hugs to you, babe!!!

good afternoon! work is over for the weekend and we're expecting snow... UGH I HATE snow! I did get to leave early enough to go to the kids parties at school so I'm glad of that at least... I still have to finish my shopping although we shopped online some to get cheaper prices...

Chris - Piper's shows went well... the school show was sold out so I didn't get to see, but we got a couple of pictures last night... so I guess I'll have to be happy with that... LOL

Happy Friday and Happy birthday to my Mommy :). We called and woke her up this morning, silly 5 hour time difference so that Kalin could sing to her. GUnar had his work
x-mas party today so we are still waiting fo rhim to get home. Its really a party for customers so he is stuck there until they all leave. GIrls are in bend and so is Chase so I am going to watch Elf, look through some new cute hairstyles for my appt. tomorrow and get scrapping :). Hugs O's stay warm!
