I truly cannot believe that it is the last weekend of April. It really can't be, can it? This month flew faster than almost any other- *woosh*
BFF is off to pick her son up from college today. I can't get over that his freshman year is over. It feels like he just left. This time next year, I am going to be in full-blown panic mode as both of my kids will be graduating. Please make time stop for a tiny bit, please???

Yesterday was a mixed bag kind of day for me. I was in a bit of a mood, the financial stress is killing me. (Don't die yet Faery, you don't have any life insurance!) Gary and I were able to get some good groceries at the FP and as always, the woman there is the *best.* The weather was beautiful so I did go outside, just for an hour to clear some dead leaves from the plants. So many spindly, yellow stalks. Hopefully, the sunlight will turn them around soon. I grabbed some lunch and noticed that there were still some cooked sweet potatoes from my mom in the fridge so I made the dogs and rats their homemade sweet potato and oatmeal treats. By dinner time, my ankle was swollen and red and I was aggravated with myself for that.
I am also trying to not freak out about a Lyme relapse. I have noticed that my speech and word finding has declined a lot in the last couple of weeks and last night I got some really strong heart palpitations. Both of those were common symptoms for me. So far, my joints aren't any worse than normal, *knock wood* but I do need to track all of that.
Add in that I was disappointed that the Elizabeth Warren House Party was a planning meeting, not one *with* her, although that made my mind up that I wasn't going to go. Yup, a total mixed bag of a day.

Today, I am off to the vet with Jaida for shots. Poor thing *hates* the vet. She gets so scared. I might ask Gary to come with me. I usually can handle her with no problems, but she does try to jump off of the table. I will see if he is up to it. It is rainy today so perhaps I can finish a scrap page that I started days ago too.

Kay- I am so happy to hear that you are feeling better. That is great to have so much room left on the EHDs.
So true about having to share cars, especially since we live so far from everything.

Felis- enjoy your Easter Weekend even if the weather doesn't cooperate.
hahaha!! Sorry that it is time to shave/epilate again. My ankle hasn't been shaved since before my surgery so I know what you mean :D
It is really hard to not have a car in my area. Some people do ok using a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft, but that is also difficult here because there are hardly any drivers and it is expensive.

Trudy- CONGRATS!!!! That is awesome that your paintings are going to be in the coffee shop!! I hope that you get sales and don't forget to take pictures of them there to share on social media! happy for you!!!
Your hike sounds fab and I bet that your hair looks fab too.

Nancy- CONGRATS to you too!!! It will be nice to have that PT time to be done at home. I know that you will be very good about keeping up with it-- you want to be able to get up and down those stairs at the Rock without a hitch :high5:

Better get my day started so will be ready for the vet. xoxo!!

Been a busy day already. Woke up at 5:30 and couldn't go back to sleep.
WOW... have you taken a look at the new MiniO's that were released this morning???? Needless to say... I had to work with a couple of them right away! LOL Saw a few more that I want to snag soon.

I was feeling much better yesterday but ran out of steam after picking up the mail. Guess I need a few more days before I am back to 'normal'. So I will be lazing around playing on the computer.

Trudy, congrats on selling a couple of your art pieces. Good luck on selling more once you have some of them hung in the coffee shop. So exciting to hear they will be in a public place. Woo-woo!

Chris, hope the stress eases off for you and the family. Seems like it has been one thing after another lately. <<< hugs >>>

:hello: ladies... Just popping in very quickly as I have a lot of errands to run today and will be spending this day getting my paintings ready to hang. Yesterday I wasn't home all day as I went swimming then got my hair done and then met up with my sisters for a coffee. I got home just in time to make supper and watch the Bruins win their first game against the Blue Jackets in OT.

I am so :sorry: but after the long facetime chat I had with Heather and Hunter this morning I just don't have the time to do personals  I hope you can forgive me for not being very present here lately! I will try to catch up with you all over the weekend! Have a wonderful friday everyone!

Quick pop up from me too, as we celebrate and I'm very exhausted! I have to share some frustrating things about Easter too but will left it for tomorrow, because want first to see what will be my feelings about the situation on the next day.
My thread about the spring cleaning gives me great ideas and instead to delete all layouts from old years, I'll remove only concrete pages. Also I was considering to delete my unfinished 52 project, because it was BIG disappointment for me previous year, but now I'm actually inspired to wait to the second part of this year and to finish it. Will be one project in two years ;) .

Chris, why you overload your ankle! Please girl, be good and careful! I'm always worried about potential complications, I can't understand why you not take it seriously! I'm really mad on you! Hope the vet visits went easy! About the heart palpitations and impaired ability to express your thoughts, are not they also symptoms of stress?! Hope it is only that! With the car troubles and hospitals bills, also missed working days it's normally to have financial stress and the stress to affect you at this way!

Kay, I know excellent these mornings when you wake up too early and to prefer to scrap instead just to lay in bed. I want to see your pages with your new goodies!

Trudy, congrats for the display at the Art coffee shop! Hooray!!! That is awesome! And I think it was smart to not go immediately, because now you let impresion for artist with busy schedule, which looks cool! Don't worry for no personals, we are happy to see you busy with cool things!

Nancy, as Chris I also think you will done great in running yourself your further exercises! I'm curious did they will be something as a home gym or you'll keep going at pool?

Wave to the other girls! And hope you all to have wonderful weekend!
