Good Morning Ladies!!!

Hope you are all going to have a great weekend!!!!

I am sitting here watching the sun come up through my window...It's so big and bright....all the trees across the road give it a good backround and I can see the peaks of the mountains too...I notice it more this time of year....DST that is. Well, that and I am wanting more warm weather and to see all the SPRING colors and blooms!!!!!

NO big plans here for this weekend...just the usual cleaning and such...grocery shopping..BLAH!!! Maybe I can convince Mike to take me out to dinner tonight. But next weekend it's off to meet Griffen....new babies always bring eveyone's spirits up!!! HAHAHAHA if that is the case...I should be the happiest person on earth!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! seems there is always someone in this family having a baby!!! GOOD GRIEF!!!! By October we will have 8 grandchildren....CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT???? and they won't be done yet!! One child still not had any and Jamie will have more I am sure!!!!

okay...done rambling...going to get coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WANT SOME????
 
Hello Nana! Oh I bet you're just itching to go meet you're newest addition... I can't wait to see photos! Hope you get to go our for dinner too!

Well it's already halfway through my weekend here in Oz... LOL...

The weather's been dreary and rainy... we were supposed to be having a family photoshoot done (by a photographer I have been dreaming of meeting for the last 4 years!) tomorrow, but the with the weather the way it is, it's been postponed 'til next week until some sun comes out... I'm imagining some beautiful afternoon light photos, so we need some sun!

Other than that, today has been low key... we went out for lunch at our favourite Vietnamese restaurant and then stopped into this place that makes the most awesome gelati ever... mmm... that's been the highlight of my day!

Hi nana and my O-Fam!

It is sunny here today too. we hit 70* yesterday. Tiday we are back down to 45* but hey- I'll take it!

We are having some fam and friends here today and are going to a friends party tomorrow.

arg- guess who is 'loving' all over me??

MOrning- soon off to dance practice, then home to work inside and out!! Scrap too- can't forget scrap!
 
Sitting here with my 7 year old on my lap. Makes typing a little more difficult. Not much on the agenda today...supposed to have upper 50's today and then start a week of rain beginning. Glad that I had this week off. I've got some major scrapping lined up for later today!
 
we had 70's yesterday....down to 50's today with a chance of rain later today and tomorrow morning....
 
I'm still in bed, I went to bed early thinking I'd wake up early to work out...

But I didn't set an alarm.

oh well. So looking briefly at the headlines today... and it just seems like the world is falling apart. :(

But looking at our weather - lots of rain and cool temperatures!! I'm soooo unbelievably happy!!! I love the cold, and especially the rain this time of year - it cuts down on the pollen! I hate it when it warms up here, because it goes from 60 to 100 overnight. And stays in the 100's until after Halloween.

I'm waiting for Jeff to get home to order my treadmill, or at least make plans to. We're getting a manual treadmill that I can power walk on or jog, Jeff finally agreed he doesn't find it safe enough for me to walk or run in the neighborhood by myself. He wants the treadmill to go in our office, so we need to move around my books or something. Project for today!

Back from dance, forgot we were going to a beer party this afternoon- need to get stuff done while the sun is shining!!

Nana Linda - hope that you get to go out for supper, my hubby wants pizza tonight, haven't had it for a while so yummmm!!! Take lots of photos of the new grandbaby with that lovely new lens that you got! Lucky you!!

Laurie - Beer party sounds like a good time!! Good thing dance was first LOL!

Wish I could finish leaving personals but gotta :bolt:going grocery shopping then back home to clean out my paints. Talk later!

hey girlies...I've accomplished one out of the three things I had to do today...
1. cut mr gorgeous' hair (CHECK!!)
2. fold 20 loads of laundry with Emma while watching movies
3. play stunningly at my gig tonight!! yipeee!!!

so I've done the first. Now I need to get on to the second. And I need to take a shower first so my hair can dry and give me enough time to curl it for tonight! stay tuned for lots of pics (hopefully with cora's iphone!!)

ugh im miffed i make siggies at another board i make one for this girl i got her husbands name wrong i redid the siggy and posted it and apologized she came back...saw it say that okay thanks....did NOT USE IT!! like at all later that night instead of seeing what i did in her siggy she had something completely different in her siggy...so of course why would i leave it up?? i removed it and she got all huffy about it saying that i deleted it before she picked it up YEAH RIGHT she had PLENTY OF TIME to pick it up...i posted the redone siggy at like noonish she replied not long after that and then at 7:30 that night she had something different in her siggy.....what would you do??!?!?! grr yeah i need to spend less time on siggy making for others and just gonna spend more time on making LO's for MYSELF...people are so dang on just grrrr whatever.....

I just went to update my banking and discover that when I updated everything last week, new program, diff way to download info from my bank, that the last months transactions all went in double- double deposits and double deductions- no wonder it looked like I was doing so well in the banking dept. Fixed it and now- not so anxious to spend any money- yikes! I hate it when that happens. Oh well- Happy Sunday. The beer party was good- I brought wine- ymmm. Now off to do the rest of my list for the day.

We had a nice time with myy fam and friends yesterday. We are off to a party this afternoon as well.

Clara.....sorry about the rain!! we had that earlier in the week!! It' s been sunny here for 4 straight days now!!! YAY!! I hope the sun popped out downunder for some fab photos!!!! So glad to see you here in the Daily Os!!!! WELCOME!!!!

Chris!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!! the East Coast is finally dethawing..huh?? hasn't it been wonderful?? I know ours is a little warmer in the south...but anything is better than highs of 15 degrees!!!!!

Laurie Hi sweetie...hope the dancing was great!! and you got your stuff done!! Okay....I would have gotten a bit out of sorts if I had seen DOUBLE everything in my banking!! YIKES!! glad you got it fixed!!! and glad the beer party was fun!! :)

Sorry that we want the warm weather....it's been sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo miserable this winter though!!! Sorry sweetie...can't stop wanting some warmth here :party: come over here with us!! that will solve things!! :kiss:

Sunday morning.....coffee...computer....and lots of sunshine outside!! will be going out in and hour or two when the temps come up....I am going to clean my car today!!!!
 
ahhh i think my computer is having a fit....it keeps acting all funny so dh is going out to buy me an EHD today to get all my kits and pictures off so we can have someoen take a lookat it and i need to contact my mom to see if she found my disc for PSP...i hope so i would hate to loose that i need to get all the plugins i have saved somehow too!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i hate technology sometimes

I'm with Trudy and going to head over to finish up a few challenges before the deadline!!!! I'm bummed that all the fun is ending!!! I want to keep it going!!!

Today's Jeff's day off... no idea what we're going to do yet once he wakes up. I think I want to just stay home and drink warm yummy things and listen to the wonderful rain :)

Tomorrow we're probably going to our favorite Japanese food place, instead of going up into the Sierras like we were planning too.... tons of snow falling up there now!!!
 
OHhhh Sunday, Sunday...I love you, love you, love you!!!

Today is truly a day of rest!!! i already have my netflix on half of my screen on my laptop (it's a 19in screen...LOVE windows 7) and the O on the other half...gonna scrap the rest of the challenges here, too!! so excited!!

AND yes, I did finish folding all but one load (that mr gorgeous washed after we had finished all the others!! LOL!!) with Emma's help. We folded like 20 loads while watching Night at the Museum2...she is a whiz at folding (at 11years old, no less!! love that kid!!) so we got it done way faster than I expected.

Well, Cora didn't take pics, but she took two songs on video. And my friend Shirley took two pics. If you are friends with me on FB, I think I may be tagged. I dunno...I'll have to look! so fun! the concert was fantastic!!! not enough people in the audience, but we were at the top of our game. And the exciting part for me was that I didn't use any music or words or any stand or anything. So I proved to myself that I can memorize words!! woohooooo!! (I did mess one line up, but one out of 11 songs is pretty good!!!)

So today...we rest!! yay!!! and party party party!! yipeeeee!!
