Good Morning!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday...thank goodness....yesterday ended up being such a BLAH day!!! I guess it was just plain out Monday Blues!!!

I managed to get my floors mopped and that was it!!!! So I still have a lot of work today....I am trying to get some REAL cleaning done over the next couple of months so I can start painting when things cool down....My whole house is screaming for a new paint job!!!

I am going to get coffee.....Be back in a few
 
Good morning ladies! Rainy and cloudy here again this morning. Definitely makes it hard to get up and get going. But couldn't miss another morning here saying hello to my favorite ladies.

We should have a baseball game tonight...a little worried that it may get rained out. This is sub-state...and state begins Friday night so we don't have alot of extra time to get these games in. We will see how it turns out.

Now, to the shower so that I'm not late for work! Have a great day and I'll try to stop in on the flip side!

Yesterday turned out to be so nice. I had plans to take Cait and a friend to the lake. I hop in the shower, its all sunny. I get out of the shower- pitch dark, pouring rain, thunder- the whole deal. WTH?? But it looked like it was going to pass on the radar maps, so we decided to go- sun the entire time we were there. We stayed until 4pm and then by 5 it was pouring the rest of the night. Fine by me!

The 4 of us are supposed to be doing errands together today. I am not sure what Gary is thinking but he wants us to do something together..... we'll see....

Tip On Tuesday: This is kind of preemptive but I am going to suggest that when your DH wants to take the two teens on errands, tell him NO way!!!!

Trudy....woo hoo!!! sounds like you NEED to stock the food up!! What a house full!!! I know you are going to love every second!!! YAY for family reunions!!

Laurie.....SSSHHHHH!!! don't speak of this W season...I hate it!!!! You need some consistent weather like us...JUST PLAIN HOT!!!

Clara...We miss you too sweetie!!! Please be safe on your travel to our side of the world!! WOO HOO...Chris...she is gonna be an EST girl with us!!

Chris....sounds like the universe was working right around you...like it's suppose to be...yesterday!! YAY!!! Oh and ...aahhheemmm ~cough cough~....have fun doing errands as a family time today :D Maybe that universe will be working good again today
 
Hey kids!!! I'm popping in to wish everyone a belated happy Monday! (sounds like you needed that yesterday, NanaLinda!! hugs!!!!) and a HAPPY TUESDAY!!!

I went to a fun meeting with other Etsy store owners last night. It was encouraging and fun...and of course, I pimped Oscraps!! :) there's nothing better than word of mouth advertising, huh?

And this morning I woke up with my eye all matted and pink...you all know what that means! So I called the nurse and hopefully I'll get a prescription soon. We are supposed to go to my friend's house so Emma can quilt, and I can use her Cricket (computerized die-cut machine) to cut out the letters of my business name to sew onto little pennants. These are sooo popular and i want one for my craft booths at craft fairs. Here's what I'm loving about that...my whole goal in doing craft shows (in the fall...yike!!) is to get people to sign up for my newsletter. Then hopefully I can turn them on to digiscrapping, too!!

Did I mention how much better I feel now that the forums are back? just sayin'...

NanaLinda, I'm working out the VA part of my trip...sent you a pm back on fb. :) And the whole cleaning thing? uh yeah...we did our playroom yesterday. With 5 of us consistently working, it only took up 45 minutes!! Now tomorrow we will do the girls' rooms. That I am not looking forward to...you can't see their floor right now! *sigh* Enjoy your Fresh New Day, babe! :)

LindaS, ohhhhh Baseball!! Fun!! Rain...not so fun, although yesterday our dark storms looked awesome. It was kinda like Chris here...we went out to grocery shop and didn't get a drop on us, but it rained all around that time. I just hope it's sunny for Thursday's pool day (country club) here!! Enjoy your work day, hun!

Chris, I keep waiting to hear you say something about sunburn and all, but I wonder if in NJ you get sunburned? I've actually conquered the art of sunscreen this year!! (this is very very good for a redhead!!) Hope today is a blast despite errands with teenagers!! :) hugs, sweet!!!

Morning all....It's overcast here today, but hopefully the clouds will burn off and the sun will make an appearance again, such a beautiful day yesterday!! We are on watering restrictions, because it has been so dry. But the neighbor behind us left his sprinkler on all day and all night...he is not my favorite person (grrr):mad2:. Anyway...we live on a hill so his water made its way into our backyard and by yesterday afternoon our grass was soggy and big puddles of water had formed under our deck. I :yell: across to him that I thought his water was running and they finally shut it off without so much as a thank you or a sorry. All he said was oh well I guess you won't have to water your lawn on your watering day.:rant: I see that he is watering again today,(not his watering day):tsk: do I report him to the municipality?? Or do I bite my tongue and just ignore it??

Chris: good luck with your errands!!

Nana Linda: have fun with your cleaning, it will feel so good to get it done. When you are finished, I will send my hubby over to help you paint, he loves to paint. I think he's :loco:

Linda S: hope your ball team wins... I haven't been to a game in ages, it sounds like fun (without the rain)

Sally: Way to go promoting the "O". My aunt has one of those Cricket Machines...she makes the most beautiful cards! Hope your eye heals quickly...darn pink eye.

ooooh!! tomorrow's the big day!! i wasn't sure it was going to happen. i was so sick today. i ended up laying on the floor and my mom totally hooked me up. stress kicks my butt everytime. Ugh!!! but it has all come together. Yay!! Mom's are the best and now i am off to bed.
