Hi Laurie- hope that your tummy feels better- Peppermint, ginger and chamomile tea are all good for calming the stomach.
Of course if your tummy hurts, it is best for you to stay home and scrap.... just sayin'

A quick howdy! We are getting so spoiled with my mom and dad visiting - dinner on the table when we come home from work! And Christian has been having so much fun with them.
I am already looking forward to the next long weekend - Friday can't come soon enough. Does anyone have special plans for New Year's Eve? I have a feeling I will be camped out on the sofa watching a movie an trying to stay awake, but not making it.
Laurie- that is awesome about the walking. WTG. Hope the stomach feels better.

Morning "O"s yay a day where I can actually sit down and scrap a page today!! Sometime today I will have to go grocery shopping too. I don't want to either :mmph:. So Chris would you get my groceries too LOL. Did not get on the computer at all last night. They asked at work if I would stay on a few more hrs and I did, now I am afraid they will be expecting me to do this all the time. I don't want full time hrs, and will have to remind them after my holiday. My son and his family are coming to B.C. today to get in a ski trip on Mt. Washington here on the Island. They are planning on spending two nights with us, Saturday and Sunday Horray!!!! I finally get to see my sweet grandbabies for a couple of days then again on the 8th of Jan. when we fly to Florida together. They will enjoy some of the best sking ever as Mt. Washington has had record snowfall with an almost 600 metre base already. They have had to dig out the ski lifts and have turned away people at 9:30 in the morning because they were at full capacity. Should not be that crowded for the kids though as school will be back in when they go up the mt.
Laurie - sure hope your tummy feels much better, but it would be nice if you got an extra day at home!!!
Chris - It would be great if we could get groceries together!! It would be much more fun that way!

Hi ladies!!! I'm bored out of my mind. I'm so angry with myself for not bringing my embroidery stuff!!!!!!
Jeff and my bro are playing video games, my sister is addicted to making friendship bracelets w the stuff we got her, grandad constantly has the English soccer channel on the tele, and my parents are doing who knows what. Grandma's been busy with her usually stuff too.
So, I've been playing Angry Birds on my phone!
We leave tomorrow for home, jeff has to work tomorrow night. I have to figure out my student loan repayments bc I forgot that they start up this next week and I haven't filled out the stack of paperwork they sent me, I hope I didn't miss a deadline!!! I forgot all about them until we got here :-/
Friday is my grand re-opening, I still have to manage to get together my giveaway and freebies.

Evening Ladies... I will be so glad when Mr. Georgeous goes back to work tomorrow!! What I thought would be a great day to scrap turned out to be a great day to do whatever he wanted :doh: Oh well there is still tonight right?? He is now bottling wine and listening to John Fogerty...do,do,do lookin out my back door. What memories!! Great video dvd!!! So my feet are tapping and loving the old music!! Sally wish you were here to sing with me!!
