I'm a little late in the game, but I'm ordering the yearly calendar for my MIL for Mother's Day. Shutterfly's is $20, Artscow is $10, and Costco is $10. I have a Costco nearby, so I wouldn't have shipping, but I've never ordered from them before. I don't know how the quality is. Everyone raves about Artscow, but I don't necessarily see if I can get it before Mother's Day. Shutterfly, I can for sure get it before Mother's Day, but it's already $20, then add extra shipping....

Anyone have any advice?
 
I've never ordered from them but I've heard very good things. I've done shutterfly before the quality is really good, but as you said the price is twice as much and that doesn't even include shipping.
 
Arts cow is great but if you have a deadline I would definately go with Costco. I have always been very happy with what I've gotten from them. Costco delivers their calendars though, you can't pick them up from the store. So really either way. They do deliver pretty quick and not from Hong Kong so you would get it much quicker than from artscow.
 
Thanks Clara!!! I think that's what I'll do. I didn't even think of ArtsCow being in Hong Kong.
 
I just signed up for an Artscow account (prompted by Jodie issuing the royal command to do so!), started reading the forum they have - and got very cold feet about order quality. I haven't ordered anything from them. so can't categorically state anything, but the forum posts were pretty worrying.
 
Selena - I have ordered things from many different places and liked what I got from artscow. You have to play with it a bit and it is definately not the same quality as say shutterfly but they are not bad.

I ordered from Costco...paid the extra money to have it second-day aired here. It didn't ship until Wed....and then didn't get here. Should have gotten here Friday, but it didn't and UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday. Don't you think that stinks? What the heck did I pay the extra $6 or whatever for? Oh well...that's what I get for procrastinating right?
