Biopsy results

My family doctor called me in to discuss my biopsy results. It is classified as a papillary lesion morphologically concerning for ductal cancer in Situ. I will be scheduled with a surgeon to remove it. It will be sent to a lab to determine if it is cancer, atypical or precancerous.

Hopefully it will be removed soon Evelyn, and fingers crossed it's benign. not cancer.

Thank you so much, Ona! The surgeon’s office called and set up my consultation for September 12th. The surgery will be one to two weeks later. We are praying it’s not cancer.
