On a scale of 1-10, how ready are you for the holidays?
Me-- I think I am a solid 7. if I could learn how to shift my priorities and standards down a notch, I could consider myself at an 8, maybe even an 8.5.
I still have a few presents to wrap and then have someone on the house put all of the junk back into the attic. The baking is done. There is one more batch of cookies that I would *like* to make but probably should push that out of my head. The house is mostly clean. (as long as no one looks into my office area or my bedroom on Wednesday, I am good to go, but shhhh.... )
In my family Christmas is a two-day holiday with Christmas Eve being as important, if not more important than Christmas Day. Even with the less time, I think I am going to make it and no one will be the wiser as along as they don't peek under my bed.LOL
