Oscraps

03/06 QOTD: Instagram

I just started my scrap IG account. rae_bcgal00
My personal account (mostly Taz and food stuff). raeclevett

I added both profiles into my settings and love that I can now toggle back and forth between accounts. I used to post a bit of both together but much prefer now to separate the two so my non-scrappy friends aren't bored by seeing my digi stuff and my digi friends don't have to see my non-scrappy stuff if they don't want to.

The best of both worlds...yay! If you post your IG name I'll follow you and pls feel free to follow me.

I am! :) This is my account: designedbysoco. And I also love that now we can swith from one account to another so easily, that's awesome! I'll follow you, Rae! :)

ETA: I can't find your scrapping account! :)

My DS nagged me until I got onto IG. He assured me it was the best way to post pictures of my DGC...his children in particular! Now I am doing FMS Photo A Day, and therefore also post the photo I take that goes on that FB site. I think only about 5 people I know follow me regularly, so I'm always amazed when I get a bunch of "likes" from strangers who must just be following hashtags. Then, there are the spammers who like my postings. I don't get THAT. Do they really think I'm interested in their products for sale, or their pornographic pictures???? Not THRILLED with IG, but still doing it. I'm at #lambcrops

it doesnt work on a pc - you need a smart phone

if its anything like fb i would not like it anyhow.

zanthia, I have a PC. You can't LOAD photos from your PC (that I have been able to find), but you can view and "like" and comment from your PC.

I have an account but rarely use it. My cell phone camera is pretty poor and I rarely use it to take pictures. I should gather the energy to follow all of you and make betetr effort to post some pics too. I have social media accounts for all of the main ones, but I find that I am using them less and less.

"like" and comment from what i saw can only be done if you are registered. you cannot create an account on the pc - don't get that at all.

i was able to see pictures from one of the links above.

There are 3rd party apps (like Deskgram and Bluestacks) you can use to upload to register IG on your computer and upload photos. But I'm nervous about using these apps. Does anyone else upload to IG from their computer? If so, I'd be curious about which app you use.
