I thought I was done making Halloween themed scenes... but then a photo of a raven popped up in my Facebook feed. He was sitting on a branch in front of some pumpkins. If you know me, once I see something that inspires me, I have to make a page.

I was inspired by the many scenes I've seen created with containers - bottles, jars, fishbowls. I wanted to try one for myself. It was a lot of fun making this first scene. I actually made 3 versions of it, but I think this is my favorite. It's quite easy to change up what's in the bottle...

Inspired again by another Harry Potter movie: Goblet of Fire. I tried to incorporate some of the elements from the Triwizard Tournament where Harry has to fight a dragon to retrieve a golden egg. Although in this scene, the young man might be a defender of dragons... I'm not sure. We'll see how...

I re-watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (the 3rd movie in the series). When I saw the scene where Harry flies the hippogriff I thought - that would make a great scrap scene! This is what I created with a similar feel.

I saw a travel poster for Mallorca, Spain the other day. It pictured a lovely cathedral framed by palm trees, and a sphinx-like statue in the foreground. I wanted to create something similar using only scrapbook graphics already on hand, and this is what I came up with.

Thinking of travel today

Wanted to make a vintage-look travel poster.

The favored goose from Winter Frost blends nicely with It's a Farmgirl Thing. Barn from Yellowstone, and word art from Sunday Afternoon.

Playing with my favorite goose from Winter Frost to see how well he works with other kits. Apparently he blends in with the Seasons Change kit seamlessly! Extra hen from Autumn Harvest. Wordart from Countryside.

When a picture of the harvest moon over Stonehenge showed up in my Facebook feed yesterday, I knew I had to scrap a scene of it. Of course I had to add some wizards...

Another attempt at the Harvest Moon. I was told the previous scene wasn't "dramatic" enough to portray what we saw the other night -- that the trees were a "distraction." So here we are with just a lone cowboy riding his horse on the prairie, looking at the moon.
