Every year I make a calendar for my kids/grandkids and In-Laws. I just love all the different designs that Natalie has in her great Calendar All in One Collections. This year was no exception. So fun and easy to put a calendar page together with all of this gorgeousness!

At one year, The New York Times moved daily COVID-19 updates off their front page. Seemed I wouldn't forget our last trip to the gym, that last Friday night dance before lockdown, and how I was so scared. Case rates were falling and 20% of adults were at least partially vaccinated.

The CDC finally issued a mask mandate for planes and public transportation. Wearing one mask on top of another turned out to be no big deal. Although January was the worst month of the pandemic with 80,000 deaths, by the end of the month the numbers coming down.
