Well, I decided to make a more creative page with the tag made for momma O's june challenge, since by itself, it didn't make a nice layout.

I tried to replicate the colors of the rainbow on the right side of the page, and added a little rainbow charm as well.

Created duplicate photo layer, placed one layer under and one layer over the frame, then erased unwanted part of image to create OOB effect.
