Continuing on with the weirdness of 2020 on September 8 we woke up to red skies from all the smoke. Unhealthy air....stay inside but I did go out to snap a few photos. Because of the automatic white balance built into my iphone I couldn't get the accurate color but I did capture the weirdness...
for me birding has been very slow....the quarantine led to my favorite places closed, summer came with heat and normal birding slump, then the wildfires and smoke in N California. The last couple of days I have attempted to get my mojo back and spent time creating pages for the birds I have...
When she didn't know I was watching.... One of the blessings of being quarantined with my granddaughters. She says she doesn't like looking in the mirror but look at those expressions.
