I'm another Wacom user. I could not scrap without it. I find the mouse too clumsy for scrapping with. I have the cheapest wacom (the Intuo) and it does the job, I love it. BTW @scribler You can never have enough brushes IMO :)

I clipped a photo to a brush and added a few overlays underneath. Another photo was placed over the red rimmed frame and the blend mode changed to lighten and another duplicate layer was changed to linear mode, with reverse mask I brushed over the cake mug, opacity reduced on both.
